ICE arrested Antonio Ulises Perez, a 38-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador charged with first degree rape, Wednesday, after the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) failed to honor an ICE detainer and released him from custody, and almost immediately, Ulises Perez went to the home of the woman he is alleged to have raped.
Under federal law, ICE has the authority to lodge immigration detainers with law enforcement agencies who have custody of individuals arrested on criminal charges and who ICE has probable cause to believe are removable aliens. The detainer form advises law enforcement agencies to notify ICE in advance of release and to maintain custody of the alien for a brief period of time so that ICE can take custody of that person in a safe and secure setting.
Under this authority, ICE lodged an immigration detainer with the OCSO Oct. 8 requesting that they transfer custody of Ulises Perez to ICE in the event he was scheduled to be released from OCSO custody. However, OCSO refused to honor the immigration detainer in direct contravention of federal immigration law and released Ulises Perez from their custody.

Following a secret upgrade in computer and radar systems introduced to US warships “fleet-wide”, naval radar operators declared that “everyone is seeing” the UFOs, since an unidentified “Tic Tac”-shaped object by the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group, according to retired US Navy Senior Chief Operations Specialist Kevin Day.
During a recent interview on the “Truth Be Told” podcast, Day, who served as a radar operator on the USS Princeton, part of a carrier group, said that UFOs might’ve been around for quite some time before the Nimitz incident, when mankind upped its detection game.
“There had been a top-secret upgrade of our system that had gotten underway”, he said as quoted by the Daily Star.
“They upgraded our cooperative engagement capability and did some tweaking on our spy radar and the way that it all works. I think because of these upgrades we were suddenly able to see things that had always been there.”
