According to court documents, Nathaniel Tyree Mitchell, aka Savage, 26, was convicted of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), four counts of murder, in violation of the Violent Crimes in Aid of Racketeering Act (VICAR), six counts of VICAR attempted murder, five counts of VICAR assault with a dangerous weapon and a number of other firearms offenses related to those shootings before Chief U.S. District Judge Mark S. Davis for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The case was investigated as part of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF), Operation Billy Club.  The OCDETF program is a federal multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional task force that supplies supplemental federal funding to federal and state agencies involved in the identification, investigation, and prosecution of major drug trafficking organizations.  The principal mission of the OCDETF program is to identify, disrupt and dismantle the most serious drug trafficking, weapons trafficking and money laundering organizations, and those primarily responsible for the nation’s illegal drug supply.

“The Justice Department will continue to investigate and prosecute these violent acts of hate.”

The migrants travel in large groups for safety to avoid being robbed, kidnapped or killed by Mexican gangs on the way, and thousands of migrants who made their way north with previous caravans remain stranded on the Mexico-US border.

More than 103,000 migrants were arrested or found “inadmissible” in March, up from almost 77,000 in February,  as Mr. Trump is considering putting further limits on asylum seekers, ending birthright citizenship, and closing ports of entry at the Mexican border.

In the defendant’s residence: cocaine prepackaged for sale and color-coded for size; multiple firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition; large amounts of cash; multiple vehicles registered to Amman and his family;

In the defendant’s garage: amounts of powder cocaine; numerous inositol bottles and material to convert cocaine into crack; large amounts of cash; three pistols (including one registered to Amman); and a safe imbedded into the concrete floor.

At Amman’s residence: firearms; prepackaged amounts of crack and cocaine in a jacket with Amman’s name on it; keys to a truck (in the jacket); in the truck was approximately $1,000 and additional prepackaged cocaine.

On March 1, Judge Marco A Hernandez of the US District Court for the District of Oregon entered an order revoking the naturalized US citizenship of a convicted war criminal Sammy Rasema Yetisen aka Rasema Handanovic aka Zolja, a native of the former Yugoslavia that illegally procured a US citizenship.

The court’s order was based on its finding that Yetisen lacked the good moral character required to naturalize because she had executed six unarmed civilians and prisoners of war during the 1990s Balkans Conflicts because of their religion and ethnicity, later concealing her crimes to procure refugee status and US citizenship in the United States.

 The unit targeted Bosnian Croats who resided in the village because of their Christian religion and Croat ethnicity, killing 22 unarmed individuals including women and the elderly.

 Yetisen played a key role in the massacre, serving as part of a firing squad that lined up and executed six unarmed prisoners of war and civilians.

    An arrest warrant has been issued for Witt, who remains at large, and the same indictment charges four Iranian nationals, Mojtaba Masoumpour, Behzad Mesri, Hossein Parvar and Mohamad Paryar (the “Cyber Conspirators”), with conspiracy, attempts to commit computer intrusion and aggravated identity theft, for conduct in 2014 and 2015 targeting former co-workers and colleagues of Witt in the US Intelligence Community.

    The Cyber Conspirators, using fictional and imposter social media accounts and working on behalf of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), sought to deploy malware that would provide them covert access to the targets’ computers and networks.

     “This case underscores the dangers to our intelligence professionals and the lengths our adversaries will go to identify them, expose them, target them, and, in a few rare cases, ultimately turn them against the nation they swore to protect. An intelligence officer, all in violation of the law, her solemn oath to protect and defend our country, and the bounds of human decency,” said Assistant Attorney General Demers.

Wright.

    According to court records, beginning in or around Nov 2015 and continuing through Sept 8, 2016, Bantli advertised, distributed, and imported controlled substances, including powerful fentanyl analogs and synthetic opiates, through the encrypted website AlphaBay.

    To assist with his distribution enterprise, Bantli used his apartment in Calgary, Canada, as a drug laboratory and de facto fulfillment center for the orders placed on his alphabet profile.
