A Miami-area man named Samuel Konell, 70, of Boca Raton, Florida, was sentenced to 60 months in prison for his role in a $63 million health care fraud scheme involving a Miami mental health center, and ordered to pay $9,921,726 in restitution and to forfeit certain substitute assets in the amount of $432,829. 


Konell admitted that he received kickbacks and/or bribes in return for referring Medicare beneficiaries from the Miami-Dade state court system to Greater Miami Behavioral Healthcare Center Inc. (Greater Miami) to serve as patients.

Earlier today, Eliu Elixander Lorenzana-Cordon, 46, previously residing in La Reforma, Guatemala, was sentenced to life in prison after he was found guilty of conspiring to illegally import into the United States and distribute multi-ton quantities of cocaine.

“Lorenzana-Cordon was a leader of a major international drug trafficking organization with close ties to the Sinaloa Cartel, one of the most violent and sophisticated transnational criminal organizations operating in the world today,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan. “In that capacity, Lorenzana-Cordon was responsible for receiving and distributing tons of cocaine destined for the United States, where it would be sold on our streets, causing untold harm to our communities and the lives of our citizens. This sentence sends an unmistakable message that the Department will continue to relentlessly pursue and prosecute international drug traffickers who endeavor to send drugs to the United States, wherever they may be.”

“Global criminal networks operate every day through drug trafficking and violence to assault the rule of law in the United States and around the world,” said Special Agent in Charge Donovan. “DEA and our foreign counterparts have worked tirelessly to ensure that Lorenzana-Cordon would spend a significant portion of his life in a U.S. prison cell for his crimes against our great country.”

Jerell Haynie aka “Bootie,” 35, of Omaha, a violent member of the Omaha, Nebraska area Crips Gang was found guilty today of participating in a racketeering conspiracy involving acts of violence, including attempted murder and assaults, witness tampering and drug distribution.

“Bootie” was a soldier of the Omaha-area chapter of the Crips, known as the “40th Avenue and 44th Avenue Crips,” engaged in racketeering activity, and as a long-standing gang member, participated in cocaine trafficking and personally committed acts of violence for the gang in furtherance of the racketeering conspiracy, including the shootings and attempted murders of a fellow gang member suspected of cooperating with the police and a confidential police informant.

Yet none of the 24/7 talking heads on the polar opposite of the so-called “TV Networks” spectrum have ever mentioned the outrage of the Central banks that have de-facto instilled a “New World Order” by controlling worlds’ economy, with or without taking into account what Mr. Trump or Mr. Turnbull’sthey or their constitutions have to say.

 One of the celebrated founders of Impressionism, Hilaire-Germain-Edgar De Gas, aka as Edgar Degas, was born in Paris in 1834, the son of a Creole mother and a French father who worked as a banker, who gained immortality for his paintings, sculptures and prints, mainly those of dancers. 

A Degas painting named “Les Choristes” was stolen from a Marseille museum in 2009, and was found in the luggage compartment of a bus near Paris. 

Customs officials discovered the painting inside a suitcase. Nobody has been arrested.

 True to form and habits, former Harvard lecturer and our 1st Muslim President, Grand Ayatollah Barack Obama also warned of the fracturing impact of social media on political discussion in recent days.

“One of the dangers of the internet is that people can have entirely different realities. They can be cocooned in information that reinforces their current biases,” said Obama in a recent interview on BBC, clearly describing the American electorate as a bunch of morons who could not think for themselves.

 
 The convoluted idiocy of logic and records of Obama, Sasse & Co is not very difficult to untangle, since it was Sasse and his Establishment GOP hoodlum friends who voted for years to raise budget caps on the ever increasing Obama deficits and budgets.
It was Sasse & Co who turned a blind eye on the relentless abuses of the Constitution by Obama’s lieutenants, starting from issuing FISA court orders to spy on the opposition, opening the border to a NARCO State of Mexico, listening to people’s phone calls and reading their email, giving away billions to Islamo Fascist State of Iran and the list goes on and on.

In addition, money for Mr.Trump’s wall, end of chain migration and lottery are a prerequisite for deal on the 800,000 DACA recipients who protections expires in March, making them vulnerable to ICE deportation, guaranteeing a confrontation with the Democrats that could shut down the government.

A federal jury last week convicted a North Texas man named Jeremy Crabtree, 41, from Fort Worth on a felony drug charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. The conspiracy count carries a penalty of not less than 10 years or more than life in federal prison, and a $10 million fine.
Crabtree operated an illegal gambling establishment near I-35W and Long Avenue that became a hub for Aryan Brotherhood (AB) gang-related activity and methamphetamine trafficking.
