1…………> “Halt: BMW Sind Verboten”: Herr Trump

New York City’s Fifth Avenue is known the world over for love of luxury and opulence, as the rich and famous fat cats line up in front of the flashes of the cameras with yellow and green Russian diamonds jewelry, mink coats, priceless watches and the latest 500 or custom made, high-end BMW and Mercedes vehicles. But if President Trump has his way, this outrage may soon come to an end, and the popular Islamic Merkeldon of Germany cars soon won’t be driving down the famous avenue anymore, replaced perhaps by Ford Fusions or even worse, American made horse carriages.

Importing foreign goods, particularly German luxury cars, has been a thorn in presidents side, hence a 20% tariffs has been proposed to level the playing field and reduce the bulging US deficits with the continent.

2…………> Counterfeit Heaven: Laredo, Texas

LAREDO, Texas — Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) completed counting the counterfeit items seized in Laredo in June which totaled more than 181,000 items, with an estimated street value of more than $42.9 million.

In mid-June 2018, HSI special agents conducted surveillance over a three-day period and observed boxes containing suspected counterfeit merchandise being moved. During the enforcement action, HSI discovered that all shipping labels on all the boxes depicted fictitious delivery addresses in Laredo. HSI confirmed the boxes contained counterfeit merchandise and detained the boxes. HSI eventually seized 795 boxes containing 181,615 pieces of trademark-infringed merchandise, which included many counterfeited brands, such as the following names: Adidas, Apple, Calvin Klein, Casio, Chanel, Coach, Diesel, Fendi, Gucci, Hugo Boss, LG, Luis Vuitton, Mark Kors, Nike, Rolex, Samsung, Sony, Under Armor, Yves St. Laurent; and DC and Marvel Comics. Through its investigation, HSI discovered that the Laredo-based criminal organization was the same organization that agents identified from a separate May 2018 counterfeit merchandise seizure. During the May 2018 seizure, HSI seized $16.1 million in trademark infringed merchandise which was destined for illegal export to Mexico.

Taken together, the two seizures represent $59 million in seized counterfeit merchandise, more than 260,000 pieces of garments, consumer electronics, cosmetics, and jewelry.

3…………> Counterfeit Kings: Sinovel

A manufacturer and exporter of wind turbines based in the People’s Republic of China was sentenced today for stealing trade secrets from AMSC, a U.S.-based company formerly known as American Superconductor Inc., with losses from the theft exceeding $550 million.

The Court imposed the maximum statutory fine in the amount of $1.5 million on Sinovel Wind Group LLC. The Court found that the parties settled the restitution amount, and imposed a year of probation until Sinovel pays the full restitution amount. Sinovel has paid $32.5 million to AMSC this week and will pay $25 million within its year of probation. Sinovel will also pay $850,000 to additional victims within its year of probation. Sinovel was convicted of conspiracy to commit trade secret theft, theft of trade secrets, and wire fraud on Jan. 24 following an 11-day jury trial in Madison, Wisconsin.

“Rather than pay AMSC for more than $800 million in products and services it had agreed to purchase, Sinovel instead hatched a scheme to brazenly steal AMSC’s proprietary wind turbine technology, causing the loss of almost 700 jobs and more than $1 billion in shareholder equity at AMSC,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan. “As demonstrated by this prosecution, intellectual property theft poses a serious threat to American companies, and the Department of Justice is committed to aggressively investigating and prosecuting individuals and corporations who undermine American competitiveness by stealing what they did not themselves create.”

4…………> Sinaloa Boss Cuffed: US

Mexican authorities extradited Sinaloa Cartel leader Damaso Lopez Nuñez, 52, also known as “El Licenciado,” to the United States to face Lopez Nuñez charges after arriving in the United States and making an initial appearance on Monday, July 9, before U.S. Magistrate Michael S. Nachmanoff in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia. The case is assigned to U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III.

Lopez Nuñez is charged in a one-count indictment alleging that between 2003 and December 2016, Lopez Nuñez conspired with others to distribute significant quantities of narcotics for illegal importation into the United States.

“Until his capture, Damaso Lopez Nuñez allegedly participated in a multi-year conspiracy to distribute large amounts of cocaine, intending that the drugs be imported to the United States,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan. “Lopez Nuñez’s arrest and extradition demonstrate the commitment of the United States and our partners in Mexico to the pursuit of drug traffickers who seek to flood our streets with addictive and deadly poisons, for their own illicit gain.”

Gold up to 1255.9 and USD/CHF down 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 24,350.

We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World.

1…………> Arming The Cartels: Texas

Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) on Tuesday led an enforcement action that resulted in seizing 21 rifles, 962 rounds of ammunition, ammunition magazines, belt-fed magazines, ballistic plates, armor carriers and ghillie (camouflage) suits.

“Homeland Security Investigations will continue to leverage its expansive authorities to combat transnational criminal organizations,” said Assistant Special Agent in Charge Adrian Flores, HSI Laredo. “HSI’s partnership with federal, state and local law enforcement in Laredo is crucial to ensuring public safety and national security in the U.S. and Mexico.”

According to law enforcement authorities, in June 2018, Task Force members with Laredo’s High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) were conducting surveillance of a downtown Laredo parking lot. They witnessed individual transfer boxes from one vehicle to another. Task Force members approached the individual and conducted a preliminary search inside the vehicle. During the search, they discovered a large cache of weapons and other related merchandise. Law enforcement suspect that the merchandise was about to be smuggled to Mexico.

2…………> New Philippines IS Emir: Abu Dar

The bounty on the head of Southern Philippines new IS “Emir” Owayda Benito Marohombsar, aka Abu Dar, has been raised from 3 million pesos ($56,150) to 6 million pesos ($112,300), due to Army difficulties capturing him in the hinterlands, as thousands of families have fled their homes in the province of Lanao del Sur following military operations against jihadists of the Maute group.

Firefights erupted after the military launched intelligence operations to hunt down Abu Dar and around 50 other remnants of the Maute group – the militant group that launched a five-month-long siege in the southern Philippines’ Marawi City last year.
“We found their bunkers. They had towers, foxholes, empty shells and a cache of ammunition,” Army spokesman said.Military rule has been extended by Congress until the end of this year in a bid to quell the threat of terrorism.

3…………> Trump’s “Migrant Children”: Kept On Bases

DOD officials said that about 20,000 migrant “unaccompanied alien children” will be housed on four military bases in Texas and Arkansas, a move precipitated by President Trump’s reversal on the child separation policy debate.

Stubborn differences between conservative and more moderate Republicans in the House have stalled immigration legislation on Capitol Hill, with a vote on a compromise measure delayed until next week.

Mr. Trump said that even if a measure passed, it was doomed in the Senate.

4…………> “Fake News” Lies: Migrant Babies

The “Open Borders Foundation” and its “Fake News” media clowns lied again about the little girl who had become the public face of US migrant family separations, a photograph of the Honduran toddler sobbing in a pink jacket was taken at the scene of a border detention, with “failing” Time magazine using the image for its latest cover, depicting President Donald Trump looming over the girl with the caption: “Welcome to America”.

The image was taken by a photographer for the news agency Getty Images, John Moore, on 12 June at McAllen, Texas, as the mother had been breastfeeding her child after crossing the Rio Grande in a raft in the moments before they were detained.

Girl’s father Mr. Valera said his daughter and her mother, Sandra Sanchez, have been detained together in the border town of McAllen as Ms. Sanchez sought asylum, a claim verified by Honduran Deputy Foreign Minister Nelly Jerez.

Carlos Ruiz, the Border Patrol agent who stopped Ms. Sanchez and her daughter, said the mother was asked to set the child down so she could be searched.

About 500 children have been reunited with their families since May, a Homeland Security official said on Thursday.

1…………> A Human Stash House: Texas

On June 14, ICE Border Patrol with assistance from the Eagle Pass (Texas) Police Department identified a suspected stash house operating out of a residence in Eagle Pass. A total of 35 illegal aliens were discovered inside the residence after the Eagle Pass Police Department received a 911 call from the location. A subsequent investigation determined another 12 illegal aliens, who were arrested earlier that day by the Border Patrol, had been transported from the residence.

HSI special agents arrested three U.S. citizens. All three are facing federal human smuggling charges.

The 47 individuals included men, women and children from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia and Nicaragua.

This is an HSI-led investigation with the assistance of CBP’s Border Patrol and Eagle Pass (Texas) Police Department.

2…………> Crooked Bosses: WI

Two former executives of Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc., identified as Mark R. Wogsland, 53, and Bret S. Naggs, 52, both of Cedarburg, Wisconsin,  employees of the publicly traded transportation and trucking company formerly headquartered in Cudahy, were charged in an indictment unsealed today for their alleged participation in a complex accounting and securities fraud scheme that resulted in a loss of more than $245 million in shareholder value.

They were charged in an indictment filed in the Eastern District of Wisconsin with one count of conspiracy to make false statements to a public company’s accountants and to falsify a public company’s books, records and accounts; one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud; three counts of securities fraud; and four counts of wire fraud. Naggs, the former controller for Roadrunner’s Truckload operating segment, and Wogsland, the former controller and director of accounting for Roadrunner’s Truckload operating segment, both worked out of Roadrunner’s corporate headquarters in Cudahy. Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. is currently headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois.

“According to the allegations in the indictment, Mark Wogsland and Bret Naggs engaged in a massive securities and accounting fraud scheme that misled shareholders, regulators, and the investing public, and ultimately caused a loss of more than $245 million in shareholder value,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan. “The Criminal Division is committed to protecting investors and the integrity of U.S. securities exchanges, and we will vigorously pursue corporate executives who engage in deceptive and fraudulent accounting practices.”

“The stability our financial markets depends upon public companies issuing accurate financial statements,” said U.S. Attorney Matthew D. Krueger. “We commend the FBI and the Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General for its excellent efforts in investigating this case.”
Three trading days after announcing the restated financial results, Roadrunner’s share price further dropped from $7.14 to $4.90, causing an additional loss in shareholder value of more than $85 million.

3…………> A Death Threat: Canada

U.S. Ambassador to Canada Kelly Knight Craft received a death threat and suspicious white powder in an envelope mailed to her Ottawa residence, Canadian media reported Friday.

Authorities from both countries are investigating the incident.

Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland met with Craft Friday. Freeland told the ambassador that the incident was “wholly unacceptable”.

A supervisor who screens mail “encountered white powder in a letter addressed to the ambassador” Thursday morning, an email to staff read. Also enclosed was an expletive-filled letter threatening to kill Craft if she did not resign.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, as well as firefighters and a hazardous waste team, were dispatched immediately to the residence. The substance has since tested harmless.

4…………> Hidden Writings:  Sinai Manuscripts

An ancient Christian manuscript discovered in Sinai Monastery of Saint Catherine has each of its pages photographed 33 times using 12 different wavelengths, then images are analyzed using computer algorithms, and several images are combined to make the undertext more legible.

If this doesn’t yield results, the page is analysed using statistics: each pixel is assigned a value, separated into categories, then manipulated according to those categories to make that selection more visible to the human eye.

All this trek of discovering the hidden texts in the library of world’s oldest working monastery is made possible by the work of Father Justin, a monk who lives in the Sinai desert in Egypt,  in charge of hauling the library at St Catherine’s into the 21st Century.

In part of the world well known for its propensity for war and violence, by the Providence of Lord Mohammed “The Magnificent”, a charter was signed in 625AD  “in aid of the Christians” with a gold handprint. A copy of this, guaranteeing the monastery’s protection, hangs in the museum.

The Jebelaya tribe, local Bedouins, who have helped protect and run the monastery since it was built, are Muslim.

5…………> Trump At G7:  Remarks, Insults & More

Participants of the G7 meeting had a hard time restraining themselves when the politically incorrect US President Trump shared his shocking insights on migration and terrorism with the President of the Islamic Sheikdom of France, Rabbinical Grand Ayatollah Emmanuel  Macron, threatening to send the Japanese Prime Minister 25 million Mexicans and slammed the European Commission President during talks in Canada, calling him a “brutal killer” for the way the European Union treats the US tech giants.

“A sense of irritation with Mr. Trump could be felt, but everyone tried to be rational and calm,” a senior EU official admitted.

According to the report, the US President got into debates about trade issues and immigration, and went as far as to reproach Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
“Shinzo, you don’t have this problem, but I can send you 25 million Mexicans and you’ll be out of office very soon,” Trump allegedly said Abe.

Attendees were also taken back by what he reportedly told France’s President Emmanuel Macron amid discussions about counter-terrorism and Iran.

“You must know about this Emmanuel because all the terrorists are in Paris,” Trump told Macron, according to the WSJ.
