The beyond-left-wing senator took a tight victory over centrist former mayor Ms.Pete Buttigieg, who offered a different Democratic vision in the race to take on President Trump in November.

Flying on a regular patrol, two B52 nuclear capable bombers, and one MC-130J Commando II refueling tanker jet were in skies over the South China sea, as PLA ships and aircraft were in the midst of military maneuvers in the region, an intrusion that China considers an attack on its sovereignty, Beijing having repeatedly demanded that Washington cease these “provocative” activities in the Taiwan Strait.

The flights took place after days of Chinese military drills that were held,in the strait separating mainland China from Taiwan, when PLA jets, bombers, destroyers, and frigates passed through as part of the drills on 9 February, with the Chinese military’s combat-ready patrol claiming is completely legitimate and is the necessary action taken to address the current security situation across the Taiwan Strait and safeguard its sovereignty”

Hundreds of descendants of German Jews who fled Hitler’s terror have been fighting for years for naturalization, and on January 30, Isabelle and Felix Couchman, who had traveled from London to join others  in the visitor area of the Bundestag, wondering whether their months of work was about to pay off. Just one day earlier, Germany’s parliament had held a service to remember the victims of the Holocaust,Bundestag President Wolfgang Schäuble reminded members of parliament and guests of Germany’s enduring responsibility.
