NEW YORK – ICE arrested three convicted criminal aliens, identified as Alvaro Cuatate-Xochicale, 57, and Miguel Guzman-Reyna, 58, both unlawfully present Mexican nationals, and Jonathan De Jesus-Lopez, 20, an unlawfully present Dominican national, in the boroughs of Brooklyn and the Bronx, July 6, without incident, who were released from local custody after detainers were ignored.

Cuatate-Xochicale has pending charges for sexual abuse, sexual contact with an individual younger than 11 years old, sexual abuse sexual contact with person younger than 14 years old, subjecting another person to sexual contact without consent and unlawful dealing with a child. 

Guzman-Reyna was arrested for third-degree assault and second-degree harassment May 11, and ICE subsequently lodged an immigration detainer. NYP released him from custody despite ICE’s active detainer request. Guzman-Reyna has a previous conviction for criminal possession of a loaded firearm. He was previously removed from the U.S. in 2000.

De-Jesus-Lopez has a pending charge for grand larceny: getting property by extort. ICE lodged an immigration detainer on him with NYP May 15; however, the police department released him from custody. e-Jesus-Lopez also has a conviction for the criminal sale of a controlled substance in a school zone, which U.S. immigration laws categorize as an aggravated felony.

The three men remain in ICE custody pending of the outcome of hearings before an immigration judge.

State’s two largest school districts will reopen with online learning only after the holidays, and Governor Gavin Newsom acted as COVID19 cases strained hospitals in several rural counties and as infections mounted in Los Angeles and parts of the San Francisco Bay Area, and hospitalisations have increased 28 per cent over the past two weeks.

In a sign of continuation of the BLM/Antifa mayhem, destruction and desecration of National monuments during the last months, cowardly ignored by the Trump hating, America traditions deploring, politically correct “Uncle” Joe Biden adoring “Fake News” media, a Virgin Mary Statue in Boston was set on fire, with police investigating the hate crime at the Saint Peter’s Parish Church in Boston’s dorchester neighborhood.

Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered that a Virgin Mary statue had been set on fire:

“Officers spoke with members of Boston Fire Department Fire Investigation Unit, who stated that an unknown suspect had set fire to plastic flowers, which were in the hands of the statue, causing the face and upper body of the statue to be burned”, the Boston Police Department wrote in a July 12 news release.

According to the church’s pastor, John Currie, the statue was put up decades ago in memory of servicemen who were killed in World War II.
