Nearly 700,000 people flooded the streets of London on Saturday afternoon demanding a second Brexit referendum, a “People’s Vote March” demonstration that surprised authorities and organizers with its size, with municipal police force estimated to be up to 100,000 people, contradicting the organizing body,”People’s Vote”, estimated the turnout on the march and rally to be 670,000 people.

Vince Cable, the leader of the Liberal Democrats, was the most senior political figure present who was joined by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, former Green Party leader Caroline Lucas, former Conservative government minister Anna Soubry and former shadow front bench Labour Party minister Chuka Umunna.

Cable told a rally in Parliament Square outside the Houses of Parliament: “There is no deal better than the one we have now: it is better for Britain and better for Europe.”

Khan told the crowd in a speech: “The lies, the mis-truths and the deceptions of the referendum campaign have now been exposed, and it’s clear the will of the people is changing.”

The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is to be officially open to traffic at 9 a.m. on Oct. 24. The 55-kilometer-long bridge, situated in the Lingdingyang waters of the Pearl River Estuary, will be the world’s longest sea bridge. The construction began on Dec. 15, 2009. It will slash the travel time between Hong Kong and Zhuhai from three hours to just 30 minutes, further integrating the cities in the Pearl River.

Researchers with the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) sent divers deep off the coast of North Carolina in search of an explanation after detecting a mysterious sonar “Big Dipper Anomaly”, inferred to be an “archaeology site, a geological formation, pirate ships, Civil War-era blockade runners and even German U-boats”.

NOAA would be sending the Okeanos Explorer to an undisclosed area to investigate the possible “sonar anomaly,” which according to early diver exploration is thought to be “a geological formation with biological communities and other debris.”

Despite of truly idiotic claims by “Fake News” outlets of a “very good chemistry” between President Trump and China’s Mr.Xi, US Defense Secretary James Mattis was basically told that China won’t give up “even one inch” of lands it inherited from its ancestors: i.e. the made islands in the South China Sea and the associated sea lanes map:

 
“Preservation of sovereignty and territorial integrity, which Xi Jinping cited, is a principle and core thread of China’s policies. We won’t make any concessions over the sovereignty and territorial integrity issue, which is of paramount importance for the country. It is not an issue to be negotiated,” is the word of Lord Xi according to Shen Shishun, a senior researcher at the China Institute of International Studies in Beijing. 
 
The lovely question now is how Mr.Trump who has borrowed nearly 700 billion dollars to demonstrate the US new strength and greatness, raising the National debt to $21.18 trillion dollars along the way, and also levied billions in tariffs on China and EU, will order Navy ships to stop crossing the illegal South China Sea map and submit to the piracy dreams of Mr.Xi?

Taling into consideration the fact that Hezbollah possesses up to 120,000 short- and medium-range rockets, and several hundred long-range missiles, Israeli nuclear scientists studies revealed that if a Scud missile landed within 115 feet (35 meters) of an Israeli nuclear reactor, the explosion could cause damage to its protective dome and disrupt control systems responsible for operating and cooling it.

Consequently, the Israel Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC) has been working to boost the security of the Dimona and Nahal Sorek nuclear reactors against possible missile strikes from Iran and Lebanon-based Hezbollah, and carried out training exercises simulating a missile attack on one of the facilities, including the evacuation of personnel and measures to prevent radioactive material leakages.

Over 500 women, draped in foil sheets similar to those used as blankets by undocumented children being held in large chain-link cages at detention centers after they were separated from their parents by the ICE police, were arrested at the U.S. Capitol Thursday while protesting against President Donald Trump’s hardline immigration policy


The demonstration followed a march earlier in the day through Washington demanding an end to Trump’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy.
