Rony De La Cruz Hernandez-Escoto, 52, a citizen of Honduras, was arrested by ICE officers October 17 at the Tooele County (Utah) Jail after his latest felony conviction for illegally reentering the United States, being wanted for homicide in his home country was removed (deported) Wednesday by officers with ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
“ICE prioritizes the removal criminal aliens such as Hernandez-Escoto from the United States so they can face justice in their home country,” the agency said, pointing out that these removals help improve safety in our local communities.
Hernandez-Escoto unlawfully entered the United States multiple times over the last 12 years and was deported to Honduras each time.

As part of his guilty plea, Dr.Sun admitted that from 2012 to 2016, he conspired with others to solicit and receive more than $140,000 in bribes and kickbacks from Insys Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company based in Arizona in exchange for prescribing more than 28 million micrograms of Subsys, a powerful opioid narcotic designed to rapidly enter a patient’s bloodstream upon being sprayed under the tongue.
The US Food and Drug Administration approved Subsys solely for the “management of breakthrough pain in cancer patients who are already receiving and who are tolerant to around the clock therapy for their underlying persistent cancer pain.

The legislation has yet to be signed into law by President Trump, but Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang asked the US to stop interfering in China’s internal affairs, with the proposed bill backs universal suffrage, freedom from arbitrary arrest, and sanctions against those who contravene.
