    The United States Government announced it is offering a $1.4 million reward for information that helps track down the son of the late terrorist leader, Osama bin Laden.

    A State Department notice issued Thursday said the reward would be paid for help locating Hamza, “Junior” bin Laden in any country as part its counter-terrorism “rewards for justice” program.

    Hamza bin Laden had released audio and video messages calling for attacks against the US and its allies, and that he was named a “specially designated global terrorist” in January 2017.

    A mass grave containing the bodies of dozens of people thought to have been Yazidis enslaved by the Islamic State (IS) group has been found in territory recently seized by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Front.

    Many of the bodies discovered in the mass grave were women, and most were beheaded.

    The grave was discovered by US-backed Syrian forces evacuating civilians before an attack IS territory.
