​Having received the final denial from the IRS in February 2019, Doyle and Moynihan did not give up and continued to support their case by filing an appeal to the Tax Court, which was eventually accepted.

Noel Quintana-Carbajal has been deported 8 times with 6 felony illegal reentry convictions, and finally now the criminal alien living in Colorado was convicted of illegal reentry of a previously deported alien following a felony conviction July 27.

Quintana-Carbajal, 47, a Mexican national living illegally in the United States, was sentenced to serve 12 months and 1 day in federal prison, and will be removed from the U.S. at the conclusion of his prison sentence, as the plea agreement stated Quintana-Carbajal is a native and citizen of Mexico without a claim to lawful immigration to the United States, been removed from the United States eight times, with his most recent removal taking place May 12, 2015. The defendant did not seek or obtain permission to return lawfully to the United States.

“As this case demonstrates, we will not allow criminal aliens who pose a threat to public safety to treat our border like a revolving door,” said FOD Fabbricatore.

“ICE is committed to using its immigration enforcement authority to ensure that our communities are protected from felons like Quintana-Carbajal who show no regard for our laws or our borders. ICE is pleased to be working closely with the U.S. Attorney to hold criminals like Quintana-Carbajal accountable.”
