A group of 600 Central American migrants arrived in Tijuana, Mexico, near the US-Mexico border, with the intention to seek asylum in the United States, while AG Sessions warning that he will use all means at his disposal to deport anyone without legal claim for asylum. 

“This has happened in the past, so it’s important to note that this is not a new thing,” Jorge Barón, executive director of the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project told show hosts Brian Becker and John Kiriakou. 

“This is part of a trend that’s happened over many years of people who are fleeing the area known as the Northern Triangle in Central America, particularly Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, who are escaping very high levels of violence. One of the challenges is the journey to safety in the United States… [it’s] a dangerous one. So rather than travel individually, a number of people have come together, [including] some organizations that have helped them in this process, to make sure that they’re not subjected to some of the dangers, which include things like sexual assault and kidnappings… that’s why they’re in this larger group,” he emphasized.

A grand jury in Newark, New Jersey returned a seven-count superseding indictment charging six members of the violent street gang MS-13 with racketeering conspiracy, murder, and murder conspiracies, all defendants being citizens of El Salvador, and members of MS-13 or “cliques,” operating in Hudson County, New Jersey. They are identified as follows: Juan Escalante-Melgar, aka Humilde, 28, the former leader of the Pinos Locos Salvatrucha clique (the “Pinos clique”); Elmer Cruz-Diaz, aka Locote, 29, the former leader of the Hudson Locotes Salvatrucha clique (the “Hudson Locotes clique”); Oscar Sanchez-Aguilar, aka Snappy, 22, a member of the Pinos clique and Juan Garcia-Gomez, aka Scooby, 22, a Hudson County MS-13 recruit, and Jose Rivera-Robles, aka Layo, 33, a member of the Hudson Locotes clique. The sixth and final defendant, Christian Linares-Rodriguez, aka Burro or Donkey, 38, is a high-ranking MS-13 member who is currently incarcerated in El Salvador, and who allegedly authorized and directed much of the illegal activity described in the superseding indictment.

“MS-13 is one of the most violent and vicious gangs in America today,” said Attorney General Sessions. 

 “The gang has more than 10,000 members following its barbaric motto of ‘kill, rape, and control’ across 40 states, and that threatens law-abiding Americans. Today’s indictment makes clear that the Trump Administration and this Department will be relentless in taking the fight to MS-13 with every lawful tool at our disposal. I want to thank the FBI, ICE, and DOJ Trial Attorneys for their hard work on this case, part of our aggressive effort to dismantle MS-13 and get its members off our streets for good.”

2…………> Extortion In Maryland: MS13 

An indictment was unsealed charging two MS-13 members residing in Hyattsville, Maryland, with conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce by extortion. They were identified as Jairo Arnaldo Jacome, aka “Abuelo,” 36, and Gerdandino Delgado-Escobar, aka “Pumba,” 23, are charged in the one-count indictment that alleges a conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce by extortion beginning at least in or around March 2013 and continuing through April 2018. According to the indictment, Jacome and Delgado-Escobar are alleged to be members and associates of the Langley Park Salvatruchas (LPS) clique of MS-13. Both defendants are in custody. Jacome was ordered detained pending trial following a detention hearing today.

Jacome is alleged to have threatened business owners from whom he demanded “rent” payments. According to the indictment, in or around 2015, Jacome allegedly threatened one extortion victim with a gun, grabbed the victim by the neck and hit the victim, telling the victim that Jacome was a member of the “Mara” and that the victim was required to pay “rent” to Jacome for his business or else Jacome would send people to kill the victim’s family. The indictment further alleges that Delgado-Escobar allegedly took extortion payments on behalf of Jacome and the LPS clique.

Saying that his personal lawyer Michael Cohen did “absolutely nothing wrong,” President Trump admitted that he represented him “with this crazy Stormy Daniels deal”, after previously denying any knowledge of a payment Mr. Cohen made to the porn actress alleging an affair with Mr. Trump.

“From what I see, he did absolutely nothing wrong. There were no campaign funds going in,” Mr.Trump said.


In addition, Mr.Trump called the Russia investigation a “disgrace,” and defended VA Secretary designee Ronny Jackson MD after allegations against the White House doctor of over-prescribing opiates and drinking on the job.

A federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment against a former Nashville, Tennessee judge on obstruction and other charges stemming from a scheme in which he abused his official position for personal gain.

Cason “Casey” Moreland, 60, of Nashville, Tennessee, was originally indicted in April 2017 on five counts of obstruction of justice. The superseding indictment returned yesterday adds five additional counts: two counts related to theft from a program receiving federal funds; two additional obstructions of justice counts relating to witness tampering and destruction of documents; and one count of committing an offence while on pretrial release. Moreland was arrested again on March 1, 2018, pursuant to a criminal complaint charging him with obstruction charges.

Luis Arnoldo Flores-Reyes, aka Maloso and Lobo, 37, is charged in a four-count superseding indictment that alleges that from at least 2015 through January 2018, he was a member and associate of the Sailors Clique of MS-13 and that he engaged in a racketeering conspiracy that included extortion, drug trafficking, murder and a conspiracy to commit murder. The defendant is also charged with drug trafficking conspiracy and conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce by extortion. Flores-Reyes is in custody.

According to the indictment, MS-13 is a national and international gang composed primarily of immigrants or descendants from El Salvador. Branches or “cliques” of MS-13, one of the largest street gangs in the United States, operate throughout Prince George’s County and Montgomery County, Maryland. Eleven other individuals were previously charged in this case with racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering, drug trafficking conspiracy and conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce by extortion.

The librarians warned that phrases like “God bless you” and “Merry Christmas” and “Happy Easter” can make Muslims feel inferior.

“In North America (and throughout much of the western world), people who follow Christianity have institutional power, therefore Islamomisia is a systematized discrimination or antagonism directed against Muslim people due to their religion or perceived religious, national or ethnic identity associated with Islam,” the document states.

 There has been shocking development at a far eastern Russia airport of Yakutsk after a plane laden with tonnes of gold-silver alloy bars was taking off when a loading hatch sheered off, releasing a rain of precious metal down onto the runway.


Some 200 bars, each weighing about 20kg (44 pounds), were then scattered across the runway, and police have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident, after cordoning off the area.

In a first of its kind study on a global scale of the bottled water industry with global sales of $147 billion dollars, the researchers tested products from 11 brands bought at 19 locations in nine countries around the world for microplastics, leading to identifying the contaminant in 93% of the samples, in great dispersion of quantities and sizes.

According to samples data from portal “Statista”, the world population will be drinking 391 billion litres of bottled water in 2017 — up from 288 billion litres in 2012, leaving us with a burning question:  Is consuming such tiny plastic particles safe, and if some were small enough to pass through the gut, “there would be concern about physical invasion of tissue and the chemical load associated with the plastics,” according to concerned scientists.

The study findings indicated that we could be drinking an average of 314 of these smaller particles per litre. Because they could not analyze them in the same way as the larger particles, the researchers cannot entirely rule out that other contaminants could be in the mix.

Landaverde-Giron was also found guilty of murder in aid of racketeering; conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering; discharging a firearm during a crime of violence and murder resulting from the discharging of a firearm during a crime of violence.

“With more than 10,000 members across 40 U.S. states, MS-13 is one of the deadliest gangs in America,” said Attorney General Sessions. “That’s why the Trump administration and this Department of Justice have worked aggressively to dismantle this vicious gang and take its members off of our streets. Maryland, in particular, has suffered terribly because of MS-13’s campaign of rape, murder, and extortion.
