The Drug Enforcement Administration today announced the issuance of an Immediate Suspension Order served on Morris & Dickson Company, a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor, located in Shreveport, Louisiana, after an  investigation alleged that this distribution center failed to properly identify large suspicious orders for controlled substances sold to independent pharmacies with a questionable need for the drugs, primarily on purchases of Oxycodone and Hydrocodone.


A further review revealed that in some cases, pharmacies were allowed to purchase as much as six times the quantity of narcotics the pharmacy would normally order. In spite of regulations which require distributors to identify such orders, DEA alleges that Morris & Dickson Company failed to identify these large suspicious orders resulting in millions of dosage units of Oxycodone and Hydrocodone being distributed in violation of the law.

“Opioid distributors have a legal obligation not to facilitate the illicit diversion of drugs,” said Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “That obligation has never been more important than it is right now as we face the deadliest drug crisis in American history. According to the allegations, many large suspicious orders for opioids were made, filled, and unreported by Morris and Dickson. We can only imagine how many pills were diverted, abused, and how many addictions began as a result. Today’s suspension will help us achieve the President’s goals of reducing opioid prescriptions in the United States and stopping the spread of addiction. I want to thank the DEA for their vigilance, for all of their hard work. The Justice Department will continue to use suspensions, deregistrations, and every other tool we have to stop the drug epidemic.”

In the boiling war of words and deeds against Syria, Israel’s Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz warned that Mr. Assad may find himself in Israel’s sights.

“If Assad allows Iran to turn Syria into a military vanguard against us, to attack us from Syrian territory, he should know that would be the end of him, the end of his regime,” Mr. Steinitz told the Ynet news site.

Asked if that meant Israel might assassinate Mr. Assad, Mr. Steinitz said: “His blood would be forfeit.”

Israel could respond to any Iranian attack on it from Syria by toppling Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government, a hint that Mr. Assad himself may be targeted for assassination.

After a video footage captured by NASA’s live camera showed a 900-foot triangular object appearing near the International Space Station, eyewitnesses reported a spat of UFO’s moving at angles defying gravity over Arizona, lighting the night sky with purple beams after what appears to be ionized trails left behind either from secret government experiment, or by “warring” interstellar ships trying to attract our attention.


While the first beam appears to strike down toward the ground, the second, as the narrator notes, “appears to be coming from the bottom and going upward” in something like a spiral.

“The air is highly charged with metal ions from the Chem trailing,” Kathryne Paine wrote, touching on the theory that condensation trails left behind by airplanes actually contain chemical or biological agents. “The purple beams could be plasma discharge, the spiral shape resembles a Birkland current to me. Unbelievable captures of UFO craft, it looks like they want to put on a display for us. The government won’t disclose them, so they are coming out for us.”

Terry J. Albury, a former Special Agent of the FBI, pleaded guilty today in the District of Minnesota in connection with his unauthorized disclosure and retention of classified national defense information.

Albury, 39, held a Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance, and his daily duties provided him access to sensitive and classified FBI and other U.S. government information. He knowingly and willfully disclosed national defense information, classified at the Secret level, to a reporter, and employed methods to avoid detection, including printing documents that he created by cutting and pasting portions of an original document into a new document so as to avoid leaving a record of having printed the original, classified document.

Albury pleaded guilty to one count of making an unauthorized disclosure of national defense information and one count of unlawful retention of national defense information. Albury faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison per count.

Five former corrections officers at the Richwood Correctional Center (RCC) in Monroe, Louisiana, identified as Roderick Douglas, 37, of Monroe, Christopher Loring, 35, of Monroe, Demario Shaffer, 33, of Delhi, Quintail Credit, 26, of Winnsboro, and David Parker, 27, of Tallulah, have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a conspiracy to physically assault five inmates in violation of their Constitutional protection against cruel and unusual punishment, as well as for their roles in covering up their actions, according to Acting Assistant Attorney General John Gore for the Civil Rights Division and U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana David C. Joseph.

The defendants conspired to inflict cruel and unusual punishment upon five inmates by spraying a chemical agent in their face and eyes while the inmates were handcuffed, compliant, kneeling on the floor, and not posing a physical threat to anyone.

In anticipation of missile strikes against Syria market slid nearly 300 points, triggering sell stop at 24400 for a gain of 50 points, and initiating a sell short position at 24,000 with a cover short stop at 24050 for a loss of 50 DIA points.

After a sharp reversal following President Trump “mission accomplished” announcement in Syria, market opened on a gap, forcing short covering, triggering stop at 24050, leading to a loss of 50 points. New position long 24100, sell stop 24450 was for a  paper gain of 350 DIA points,

In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. A Maryland gang member named Selvin Raymundo Salazar, aka “Inquieto,” aka “Little,” 26,   pleaded guilty today to his participation in a racketeering enterprise in furtherance of the activities of the gang known as La Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, including his participation in two conspiracies to commit murder.

“Selvin Raymundo Salazar and his MS-13 clique terrorized communities in Maryland by committing senseless acts of violence,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan. “Today’s guilty plea makes plain the Department’s unwavering commitment to working with our federal, state, and local partners to use all lawful tools at our disposal to disrupt the significant threat that this violent and ruthless gang poses to our communities.”

2………….> Hazardous Chemicals Dump: MS

Missouri company HPI Products Inc., its owner William Garvey, and St. Joseph Properties, LLC, was found guilty of contempt by Federal and State authorities for failing to comply with a 2011 environmental settlement by illegally storing thousands of pounds of hazardous chemicals in unsafe and dilapidated facilities in the western part of the state. 

The defendants own and operate a pesticide formulating business with six facilities in St. Joseph, Missouri, and despite a May 2017 court order requiring to comply with the 2011 consent decree, HPI and Garvey continue to store thousands of pounds of uncharacterized, often unidentified, chemicals, some with labels indicating that they have been stored for a dozen years or more.

ICE spokeswoman Danielle Bennett said that her agency is going after “individuals who pose a threat to national security, public safety and border security,” blaming “uncooperative jurisdictions” for making the agency use “additional resources to conduct at-large arrests in the community, putting officers, the general public and the aliens at risk and increasing the incidents of collateral arrests.”

His amazing photo image, won the grand prize in a science photography competition organized by the UK’s Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council.
