3…………> South America’s Easter Island: Columbia

South America’s largest treasure of religious monuments and megalithic sculptures isn’t on Easter Island, but it’s Tierradentro’s 162 underground tombs carved into solid volcanic bedrock, and the more than 500 monolithic stone statues and tumuli (ancient burial mounds) surrounding the nearby town of San Agustín, sprinkled throughout 1200 sq miles of the serried mountains and highland plateaus of the Upper Magdalena Valley in southern Colombia.

Spanish conquistador Sebastián de Belalcázar marched up the valley in the late 1530s after conquering the lands of the Inca, but the statues and tombs remained undiscovered until 1757, when Friar Juan de Santa Gertrudis stumbled upon the vast lithic library and called it “the work of the devil” as “The [natives] did not have iron or implements to produce such a thing.”

4…………> Raising Anti-Semitism: EU Report

The German mass daily Bild reported Friday that behind the EU ministers’ declaration was “a large EU survey among 16,395 Jews in the whole of Europe,” with 89 % of those respondents felt that anti-Semitism in Europe had increased sharply since 2013, and 28 percent had suffered anti-Jewish abuse, some of it violent.

Thirty-eight percent were considering whether to emigrate because of the strong trend, and 85 % said anti-Semitism was the biggest problem in their country. The EU has 508 million residents. Jews in Europe amount to about one million or 0.2 percent of the EU population, according to the US-based Jewish Visual Library.

1…………> Today’s White House Tweets: President Trump

….in Argentina with President Vladimir Putin. I look forward to a meaningful Summit again as soon as this situation is resolved!

Based on the fact that the ships and sailors have not been returned to Ukraine from Russia, I have decided it would be best for all parties concerned to cancel my previously scheduled meeting….

Billions of Dollars are pouring into the coffers of the U.S.A. because of the Tariffs being charged to China, and there is a long way to go. If companies don’t want to pay Tariffs, build in the U.S.A. Otherwise, lets just make our Country richer than ever before!

When will this illegal Joseph McCarthy style Witch Hunt, one that has shattered so many innocent lives, ever end-or will it just go on forever? After wasting more than $40,000,000 (is that possible?), it has proven only one thing-there was NO Collusion with Russia. So Ridiculous!

Did you ever see an investigation more in search of a crime? At the same time Mueller and the Angry Democrats aren’t even looking at the atrocious, and perhaps subversive, crimes that were committed by Crooked Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. A total disgrace!

General Motors is very counter to what other auto, and other, companies are doing. Big Steel is opening and renovating plants all over the country. Auto companies are pouring into the U.S., including BMW, which just announced a major new plant. The U.S.A. is booming!

So much happening with the now discredited Witch Hunt. This total Hoax will be studied for years!

Sebastian Gorka, a very talented man who I got to know well while he was working at the White House, has just written an excellent book, “Why We Fight.” Much will be learned from this very good read!

2…………> No To Putin Provocation: Trump

President Donald Trump canceled a planned meeting with his Russian counterpart Friday on the margins of the upcoming G20 summit in Argentina, citing ongoing tensions between Russia and Ukraine.

“Based on the fact that the ships and sailors have not been returned to Ukraine from Russia, I have decided it would be best for all parties concerned to cancel my previously scheduled meeting in Argentina with President Vladimir Putin,” Trump said on Twitter.

Trump is still hoping for improved future bilateral meeting with Vladimir Putin, saying he looks “forward to a meaningful Summit again as soon as this situation is resolved!”

On Sunday, Russia seized two Ukrainian navy ships and a navy tugboat along with 23 crew members off the Crimea Peninsula, accusing Kiev of entering its waters and provoking conflict.

3…………> Las Vegas Cheat: Busted

The former president and CEO of MRI International Inc. (MRI), a purported investment company and medical collections business located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Tokyo, Japan, was convicted yesterday for his role in a $1.5 billion Ponzi scheme.

After a five-week jury trial before Chief Judge Gloria Navarro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, Edwin Fujinaga, 72, of Las Vegas, was found guilty of eight counts of mail fraud, nine counts of wire fraud, and three counts of money laundering in connection with his Ponzi scheme. Sentencing is set for March 9, 2019.

The jury returned the guilty verdict in under three hours. Evidence presented during the trial showed that from 2000 until 2013, Fujinaga fraudulently solicited over $1 billion in investments in MRI from over 10,000 Japanese residents, who wired their funds from Japan to bank accounts in Las Vegas under Fujinaga’s control. Fujinaga spent less than two percent of investor funds to purchase medical claims. Instead, Fujinaga used the vast majority of new investors’ funds to pay off old investors.

4…………> Manafort Pardon: Trump

President Trump said a pardon for Paul Manafort is “not off the table,”  a statement that drew a furious rebuke from critics who fear the President will use his executive power to protect friends and supporters caught up in the Russia probe.

Paul Manafort was accused of breaching his plea deal by lying to Russia probe investigators, and his lawyers have been briefing Mr. Trump on the direction of the investigation, who has sharpened his attacks, seizing on what he claims are dirty tactics employed by the special counsel and accusing investigators of pressuring witnesses to lie, likening the Russia probe to Senator Joe McCarthy’s pursuit of alleged communists in the 1950s.

“We are in the McCarthy era. This is no better than McCarthy,” Mr. Trump told the newspaper.

When asked about a pardon for Mr. Manafort, Mr. Trump told the newspaper:

“It was never discussed, but I wouldn’t take it off the table.

5…………> “Cohen A Weak Person”: Trump

President Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to lying to Congress about the Russia inquiry,  admitting that he  mislead lawmakers on talks during the presidential race about a Trump property deal in Moscow.

1…………> Applied Global Warming: Japan

In a devastating example of a worldwide heat wave due to the melting of the polar caps, courtesy of Central Banks 15 years cycle of printing paper money in support of the so-called global economy, temperatures reached 105F in central Japan earlier this week, a five-year nationwide peak.

Hundreds of people across the country have been urged to take precautions against the unseasonably hot weather that has killed about 30 people, and thousands more have sought hospital treatment for heat-related conditions over the past two weeks.

In the city of Kyoto, temperatures have stood above 100.4F for seven days in a row for the first time since records began in the 19th Century.

2…………> Trump vs Cohen: A Tape

President Trump assailed his former lawyer Michael Cohen for secretly recording a private conversation discussing payments to a former Playboy model, with the tapes discovered during an FBI raid on Mr. Cohen’s property earlier this year in New York.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

Inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer’s office (early in the morning) – almost unheard of. Even more inconceivable that a lawyer would tape a client – totally unheard of & perhaps illegal. The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!

53.9K people are talking about this

This thinly veiled attack by “Deep State” DOJ operators is the latest attempt to dig out dirt on a democratically elected president, and materialize the dream of Mr.Trumps personal psychiatrist, blabbermouth Maxine “Impeach 45” Waters, MD.

3…………> Fukushima Curse: CA Vines

Researchers at the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) reported that samples of California red and rosé wines made from the grapes harvested between 2009 and 2012 were found to contain traces of Caesium-137 that builds up as a result of a nuclear reactor’s operation.

Using a low-background gamma spectrometry in order to detect the traces of the radioisotope in the vine bottles presented no danger to human health and the level of the wine’s radioactivity was lower than natural radiation.

4…………> Best Selfe-Defense: Old Cherry Cane

In a great and proud victory for seniors, a 103-year-old Berlin woman used her cane to chase away a pair of ill-fated punks who apparently tried to clean out her apartment, after they rang the doorbell and two female intruders forced their way inside.

Unfortunately for them, when she realized their evil intentions, the burglars got a lesson they would never forget, that is “don’t you ever pick on grandma”, as they ran for dear life with her cane swinging on their behinds as being in the hands of martial arts master.

Not bad for a 103-year-old grandma, ain’t she?

5…………> A Giant Mural: NY China Town

Chen Dongfan makes the last embellishment of his work in Doyers Street in Manhattan’s Chinatown, New York City, July 20, 2018. Doyers Street, a 200-foot-long (61-meter) street in the heart of Chinatown, is being covered with a vibrant mural by the artist titled “The Song of Dragons and Flowers.”  (Xinhua/Wang Ying)
