A shooting at the Madden 19 TournamentGLHF Game Bar in Jacksonville, Florida, by a man identified as a 24-year old David Katz from Baltimore who was confirmed dead after killing at least 3 people and injuring 11, according to preliminary reports.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Department labeled the incident a “mass shooting”  in a news conference, and reported that the shooter, a white male, was alone confirmed dead, and so were two other people. There were also nine people wounded.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office added to the confusion by tweeting that “local and national media are distributing inaccurate numbers.”

At the  street festival in the eastern German city of Chemnitz 800 people took to the streets to protest the death of a 35-year-old man said to be of German origin, who was stabbed during an altercation that involved ten people, several of which were of “various nationalities,” according to police sources.

Aside from the victim, two men in their 30s were also stabbed and seriously injured, while two others were taken into custody as far-right groups mobilized against the the unruly crowds, protesting against crimes committed by foreigners.

Some demonstrators were allegedly seen hunting down people of non-German descent and attacking them, daily “Das Bild” reported.

Several people have been killed in the city of Muenster, in western Islamic Merkeldom of Germany after a van drove into pedestrians.

The driver of the vehicle has killed himself, police said

About 30 people are reported injured in the incident, which occurred near the Kiepenkerl statue in the old town. Some are said to be in a serious condition.

Police have asked people to avoid the city center.

Police have closed the area off to pedestrians

There is a restaurant located in the vicinity of the Kiepenkerl statue and photographs posted on social media showed tables and chairs strewn at the scene.

Ulrike Demmer, the federal government’s deputy spokesperson, said the government’s thoughts were with the victims and their families.

In December 2016, a lorry plowed into a crowd at Christmas market in the German capital, Berlin, killing 12 people.

3 Dead, Up to 50 Wounded in Van Ramming Incident in Islamic Merkeldom of Germany’s Muenster – Reports

The police are considering the incident to be a terror attack, according to media reports.

A car drove into a group of seated people in Germany’s western town of Muenster, leaving several people dead and injured, according to Spiegel Online news outlet.

The Focus newspaper said that three people were killed and 30 others wounded. Westfälische Nachrichten news outlet reported citing a fire brigade’s spokesman that 50 people have been affected. Six of those wounded are in critical condition, the Faz news outlet reported citing police.

The German authorities have been informed about the Muenster ramming incident. They have extended condolences to victims.

A 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck Papua New Guinea on Saturday, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre.


No casualties have yet been reported. 


The quake, which was 82 kilometers (51 miles) southwest of Porgera in the Enga province, comes two months after a 7.5 magnitude tremor struck the same area, leaving 125 people dead.


According to the UN cited by local media, more than 40,000 people remain displaced because of February’s earthquake.

Turkish and Free Syrian Army (FSA) forces have uncovered a terrorist PKK/PYD tunnel network 13 feet below a liberated village in Afrin, apparently used by the terrorist group as shelter against jet strikes and other heavy artillery fire amid Turkey’s counter-terrorist operations.

It is linked to the so-called terrorist command centers with strategic points and surveillance towers, and has installed electrical wiring in living areas in the tunnels and shelters.

Two people have been arrested in Berlin and one in the state of Saxony by the Polish border as over 200 officers took part in a series of pre-dawn raids across the Islamic Merkeldom of Germany in an attempt to foil a major international migrant trafficking ring.

Charges were unsealed today against a government contractor named Chester L. Neal Jr., 43, of Fresno, California following his arrest in St. Louis, Missouri, for his role in allegedly carrying out a $2.6 million scheme to defraud at least 35 subcontractors located across the United States.

Neal established and controlled several companies through which he secured at least 105 government contracts to provide various goods and services to federal agencies including the Department of Interior, U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, and made several misrepresentations in order to induce the subcontractors to perform the contractually required work, defrauding them out of at least $2.6 million.

A red moon will grace the sky in most parts of China for over an hour during a total lunar eclipse on Wednesday night, according to the Beijing Planetarium.

The lunar eclipse, which is expected to begin at 7:48 p.m., will last for about five hours. As the moon passes into Earth’s shadow, it will exhibit a reddish tinge as the sunlight is refracted while shining through Earth’s atmosphere.

The red moon is expected to be visible between 8:51 p.m. and 10:08 p.m., lasting about one hour and 17 minutes.

The moon will also appear bigger as its orbit is near its closest point to Earth.

The last time a complete lunar eclipse occurred was September 28, 2015. The next lunar eclipse will happen on July 28
