The 17-year-old Turkish teen Feuzi Zabaat has received world-wide praise and admiration for saving the life of a baby girl named Doha Muhammed, as she fell from the window of her home in the Fatih district of Istanbul, just to end up in his arms, safe and sound in a true miracle caught on a dramatic CCTV footage.

Mr. Zabaat, an Algerian immigrant who works at a frame workshop on the same street, positioned himself underneath the window and caught the girl before she hit the ground, and Doha survived the accident without any injuries.

Her rescuer said he did what he had to do to save the girl: “I did what was necessary for the love of Allah.”

Doha’s family hailed Mr. Zabaat as a hero and gave him a gift of 200 Turkish Liras ($50) to show their gratitude. (ABC.AU)

More than 400 pilots have joined a class action against American plane manufacturer Boeing, seeking damages in the millions over what they allege was the company’s “unprecedented cover-up” of the “known design flaws” of the latest edition of its top-selling jet, the 737 MAX, as a plaintiff filled claims against Boeing on behalf of hundreds of colleagues, alleging that the company knowingly covered up the defective aspects of its 737 MAX jet.

The claim is based on a piece of automated software pilots say they weren’t told about, as by March 2019, the entire global fleet was suspended by a US presidential decree, following the second fatal crash involving a 737 MAX that killed 157 people in Ethiopia, with the first crash involving the 737 MAX jet happened off the coast of Indonesia in October 2018, killing 189 people.

Some of the families of the 346 people killed have sought compensation, while aircraft carriers have sought compensation from the American manufacturer for lost revenue as a result of the plane’s global ban.

This latest lawsuit filed against Boeing marks the first class action lodged by pilots qualified to fly the 737 MAX series, who have alleged that Boeing’s decisions have caused them to suffer from monetary loss and mental distress since the jet’s suspension.

The US apparently launched a cyber-attack on Iranian weapons systems as President Trump pulled out of air strikes on the country,disabling computer systems controlling rocket and missile launchers, a reaction to the shooting down of a US drone as well as attacks on oil tankers that the US has blamed Iran for.

The US has also imposed sanctions President Trump described as “major”,saying the sanctions were needed to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and economic pressure would be maintained unless Tehran changed course.

The US Department for Homeland Security warned that Iran was stepping up its own cyber-attacks on the US, with the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Christopher Krebs saying that “malicious cyberactivity” was being directed at US industries and government agencies by “Iranian regime actors and their proxies”.

“They were using “destructive ‘wiper’ attacks”, he said, using tactics such as “spear phishing, password spraying and credential stuffing” in a bid to take control of entire networks.

Iran has also been trying to hack US naval ship systems also, according to reports.

The Federal Aviation Administration Authority (FAA) added that the issue arose due to an “improper manufacturing process”, and the 737 MAX planes were grounded worldwide after a combined 346 people died in two crashes, the first in Indonesia in October followed by one in Ethiopia in March, putting a dent FAA oversight during the flight certification process of the Max.

Boeing is working on a software fix that will allow the Max to begin flying again, but differences have arisen between the US and Canada on how to train pilots on the software after the update.
