The domains were actually used to collect the personal information of individuals visiting the sites in order to use their information for nefarious purposes, including fraud, phishing attacks and/or deployment of malware. Individuals visiting the sites will now see a message that the site has been seized by the federal government.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents and Portland Police Bureau officers executed four premises search warrants in the Portland area as part of a federal investigation into the armed robbery of two marijuana dealers, but Washington, while not a target of the investigation, resided at one of the apartments searched. During the search, a Portland police officer observed a silver and black Taurus handgun in an open dresser drawer. In the same drawer, agents found a gold dental grill, necklaces, and a pendant with the name “I5daP,” a moniker used by Washington.

The EU on Monday agreed to slap new sanctions on Belarus, after Minsk forced a plane flying over its airspace to land in order to arrest a Belarusian dissident onboard.
