Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in New York with the New York City Police Department (NYPD), unsealed a federal indictment charging Jamal Brissett, aka “Trigger” with murdering Leshaun Gordon, 19, in the Bronx, New York, on June 30, 2009.
Brissett, 30, of the Bronx, New York, is charged with one count of using a firearm to commit murder during a crime of violence and a drug-trafficking crime, which carries a maximum penalty of death or life imprisonment, and one count of using arson to obstruct justice, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
According to the allegations in the indictment unsealed in Manhattan federal court, on or about June 30, 2009, Brissett shot and killed Gordon in the course of a drug-trafficking crime and a robbery in the vicinity of Mickle Avenue and Chester Street in the Bronx, New York.

Kim Anh Vo aka “Bones,” aka “Sage Pi,” aka“Kitty Lee,” was arrested this morning in Hephzibah, Georgia, and charged by a criminal Complaint with conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization.
Between January and February 2017, Vo recruited other individuals – including a minor residing in Norway – to create online content in support of ISIS, including a video threatening a non-profit organization based in New York, New York, which was formed to find and combat the online promotion of extremist ideologies.
Since that time, the UCC and its sub-groups have disseminated ISIS propaganda online, including “kill lists,” which listed the names of individuals – for example, soldiers in the United States Armed Forces and members of the State Department – whom the group instructed their followers to kill.
For example, on or about April 21, 2016, the UCC posted online the names, addresses, and other personal identifying information of approximately 3,602 individuals in the New York City area and included a message that stated: “List of most important citizens of #New York and #Brooklyn and some other cities, “We Want them #Dead”.
In April 2016, Vo joined the United Cyber Caliphate (UCC), an online group that pledged allegiance to ISIS and committed to carrying out online attacks and cyber intrusions against Americans.

Speaking with Dan Kildee (D-MI) , Keilar asserted that the plane crashed because Boeing had failed to implement a pilot software upgrade in January, as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) was non-operational due to the shutdown.
“There were pilots who looked at that and felt like this was a criminal omission, that was what they thought about this, and then the software was supposed to happen in January, and it was delayed because of the government shutdown, because the FAA was offline,” she continued before asking Kildee for his opinion.
However, Keilar’s assertion turned out to be factually incorrect, The Daily Caller said after checking the Wall Street Journal article the host referred to, the website discovered that Boeing did not provide the software update due to “differences of opinion and technical and engineering issues”.
