A man was shot dead after trying to enter the cockpit of a flight from Bangladesh to the United Arab Emirates, waving a gun and threatening to blow up the plane, leading its pilots to make an emergency landing at Chittagong’s Shah Amanat International Airport.

The unidentified man who had a personal issue with his wife and told the pilot he wanted to speak to Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, died after military commandos  stormed the plane.

Suspect claimed to have explosives and pistol.

Former White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon predicted in an interview that 2019 will be” the most vitriolic year in American politics since before the Civil War,” suggesting during CBS’s “Face the Nation” that Democrats could possibly “weaponize” the findings from special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe and use the investigations into Trump taking place in New York’s Southern District against the president, heating up political tensions throughout the year.

Bannon got a fast reply from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, who called President Trump the “greatest threat” to US democracy since “the Civil War,” promising numerous probes against the Trump administration in the future.

“Clearly […] there have been major abuses of power, major obstruction of justice, obvious violations of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution,” he said, without adding any details, stating that “all of these have to be looked at.

“I think 2019 will be the most vitriolic year in American politics since before the Civil War,” he said.

 “I think we’re in for a very nasty 2019”.

In yet another “Dark Net” spy story of a deceit, blackmail and ransom demands, a hacker group named “Dark Overlord” that is banned from Twitter, Reddit and the open-source blockchain platform Steemit, claim that they have stolen an archive of 9/11 litigation documents, and released decryption keys for a second cache of highly confidential data.

The first batch of data is about FBI interviews with American Airlines employees and relatives of passengers on the 9/11 planes, and has failed to provide any sensational material such as the government concealing information about the attacks.

The hackers gang “Dark Overlord” is threatening to “bury” the US government with sensational information regarding the 9/11 attacks on the Twin Towers,  but the claim that G.W.Bush or the Saudi royal family had foreknowledge of the attacks appears to be hollow so far.
