George Sorbane Quotes:

1. “So Alex was counting the days until he would step on the holy soil of Boston, ready to breathe the cold Atlantic air and sense the spirits of those remarkable people about whom he had read so much with nearly religious admiration, walk the streets in their footsteps, and pray in the churches where they had found peace and solace in times of fateful junction.”― “The Endless Beginning”

The U.S. has the worst of the ISIS prisoners. Turkey and the Kurds must not let them escape. Europe should have taken them back after numerous requests. They should do it now. They will never come to, or be allowed in, the United States!

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

Brian Kilmeade over at @foxandfriends got it all wrong. We are not going into another war between people who have been fighting with each other for 200 years. Europe had a chance to get their ISIS prisoners, but didn’t want the cost. “Let the USA pay,” they said. Kurds may be releasing some to get us involved. Easily recaptured by Turkey or European Nations from where many came, but they should move quickly. Big sanctions on Turkey coming! Do people really think we should go to war with NATO Member Turkey? Never ending wars will end!

Former Democrat Senator Harry Reid just stated that Donald Trump is very smart, much more popular than people think, is underestimated, and will be hard to beat in the 2020 Election. Thank you Harry, I agree!

Democrat’s game was foiled when we caught Schiff fraudulently making up my Ukraine conversation, when I released the exact conversation Transcript, and when Ukrainian President and the Foreign Minister said there was NO PRESSURE, very normal talk! A total Impeachment Scam!

Democrat’s game was foiled when we caught Schiff fraudulently making up my Ukraine conversation, when I released the exact conversation Transcript, and when Ukrainian President and the Foreign Minister said there was NO PRESSURE, very normal talk! A total Impeachment Scam! Adam Schiff now doesn’t seem to want the Whistleblower to testify. NO! Must testify to explain why he got my Ukraine conversation sooo wrong, not even close. Did Schiff tell him to do that? We must determine the Whistleblower’s identity to determine WHY this was done to the USA.

“The Democrats are trashing this President, & in the process, trashing the U.S. Constitution. Frankly, the American People need to wake up to the reality that the Democrats are so drunk on power that they’re willing to destroy this Constitutional Republic.”

2…………> A Despicable Attack On President Trump: “Fake News” Killing Video

A video showing President Trump’s head superimposed on the body of a man wearing a pinstriped suit opening fire at a “Church of Fake News”, with parishioners’ faces covered with logos of various news organizations or replaced with those of prominent critics of the president, was shown at an event where his son, Donald Jr. was scheduled to speak.

News of the video was first reported by the “Failing” New York Times after someone who attended the gathering leaked a mobile phone video of it to the newspaper, with the original has since been shared widely online,

The White House Correspondents’ Association assailed the video that depicted a fake image of Mr.Trump slaughtering members of the news media, shown at a gathering of his supporters at a resort owned by the president.

4…………>  The “Money Bat”: US Treasury Mnuchin

New tariffs on $156 billion of Chinese goods will be imposed if a trade deal is not finalized by 15 December, the US Treasury Secretary has warned, after  agreeing to hold off on a planned 25%-30% tariff increase on imports that was due to come into effect on Tuesday.

President Trump, who described the talks as a “love fest”, said the preliminary deal would take about five weeks to complete, but his enthusiasm  was not shared by his Chinese colleagues who have been more cautious about the outcome, simply claiming there had been progress between the countries.

1…………> Inspector Xi Strikes Back: Trump

China has imposed tariffs of up to 25% on 128 US imports, including frozen pork, wine, nuts, ginseng and fruits for a total of $3 billion after President Trump raised duties on foreign steel and aluminum imports in March.

Beijing said the move was to “safeguard China’s interests and balance” losses caused by new US tariffs, and the Trump administration has already announced plans for further targeted tariffs for tens of billions of dollars of Chinese imports.

“When a country (USA) is losing many billions of dollars in trade with virtually every country it does business with, trade wars are good and easy to win. Example, when we are down $100 billion with a certain country and they get cute, don’t trade anymore-we win big. It’s easy!”, President Trump reportedly said.

China most powerful anti-tariff weapon is a large tax on US recyclable waste, a decision that may bring whole industries to a hard stop due to inability to store or transport their trash forbidden under local environmental laws.

2…………> Mexican Mules Slammed: Drugs

Diego Morales-Ramirez, 25, a citizen of Mexico was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade to 120 months in federal prison following his guilty plea in August 2017 to one count of possession with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled substance (50 grams or more of methamphetamine) or 24.2 pounds of methamphetamine. Morales-Ramirez will be deported after he completes his prison term. He has been in custody since his arrest in March 2017.

According to documents filed in the case, on Feb. 3, 2017, Morales-Ramirez was stopped by a police officer for failing to signal while changing lanes. During the stop, Morales-Ramirez was extremely nervous and a K-9 alerted to the presence of a controlled substance inside the vehicle. Also during the stop, it was learned that Morales-Ramirez was a previously deported illegal alien. Morales-Ramirez was advised he was going to be detained for being illegally present in the United States, and officers offered to return his vehicle and some of his personal items to the apartment he just came from.

6…………> China’s New Tariffs

After decades of American concern about the so-called “global economy”, President Trump has thrown a “monkey wrench” in its rusted wheels by slapping tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminum, forcing Mr.Xi to revenge by placing a tax of 15% on 128 American products. 1…………> Stars At Sea: Memories

The celebrated Cunard cruise line was the first to introduce onboard photographers in the 1920s, as ships’ photographers would take snapshots of the passengers, creating prints in the darkroom that were then displayed on long tables the next morning. Travellers were able to put their orders in, and the photographs were then printed in Southampton and posted around the world.

By 1936, when Cunard’s flagship the Queen Mary was launched, the firm employed a fleet of photographers working all night to supply the demand.

2…………> Encrypted Drug Dealing: Canada

Vincent Ramos, the chief executive of Canada-based Phantom Secure, and four of his associates were indicted by a federal grand jury today on charges that they knowingly and intentionally participated in a criminal enterprise that facilitated the transnational importation and distribution of narcotics through the sale and service of encrypted communications.

This is the first time the U.S. government has targeted a company and its principals for knowingly and intentionally conspiring with criminal organizations by providing them with the technological tools to evade law enforcement and obstruct justice while committing transnational drug trafficking.

“With one American dying of a drug overdose every nine minutes, our great nation is suffering the deadliest drug epidemic in our history,” said Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “Incredibly, some have sought to profit off of this crisis, including by specifically taking advantage of encryption technologies to further criminal activity, and to obstruct, impede, and evade law enforcement, as this case illustrates. The Department of Justice will aggressively prosecute not just drug traffickers, but those who help them spread addiction and death in our communities. I want to thank the FBI, DEA, Customs and Border Protection, Homeland Security Investigations, Washington State Police, the Bellingham and Blaine Police Departments, and all of our law enforcement partners around the world, including Australia, Canada, Panama, Hong Kong, and Thailand for their hard work on this case. Today’s indictment sends a clear message that drug traffickers and criminals cannot hide because we will hunt them down and find them wherever they are.”

3…………> Shoddy Vests: Japan

Toyobo Co. Ltd. of Japan and its American subsidiary, Toyobo U.S.A. Inc., f/k/a Toyobo America Inc. (collectively, Toyobo), have agreed to pay $66 million to resolve claims under the False Claims Act that they sold defective Zylon fiber used in bullet proof vests that the United States purchased for federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies, the Justice Department announced today, being fully aware that Zylon degraded quickly in normal heat and humidity, and that this degradation rendered bullet proof vests containing Zylon unfit for use.

“Bulletproof vests are sometimes what stands between a police officer and death,” said Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “Selling material for these vests that one knows to be defective is dishonest and risks the lives of the men and women who serve to protect us. The Department of Justice is committed to the protection of our law enforcement officers, and today’s resolution sends another clear message that we will not tolerate those who put our first responders in harm’s way.”

4…………> Sharia Country: Indonesia

Amnesty International urged Indonesia to block moves to introduce beheading as a punishment for murder in the country’s conservative Aceh province, by not following countries like Saudi Arabia using it as an effective deterrent.

In addition, it suggested that Indonesia stop drafting laws to criminalise gay sex, sex between unmarried couples.

“Beheading is more in line with Islamic law and will cause a deterrent effect … a strict punishment is made to save human beings,” Syukri M. Yusuf, the head of Aceh’s Shariah Law and Human Rights Office, said on Wednesday.

“We will begin to draft the law when our academic research is completed.”

5…………> Faulty Design: Florida

Six people are now confirmed dead, and more than 10 seriously injured after the newly built 950-tonne bridge crushed vehicles on one of the busiest roads in South Florida.

“Unfortunately, this has turned from a rescue to a recovery operation,” a Miami-Dade police said.

The number of those killed could rise since more vehicles could still be under the concrete and twisted metal, and rescue workers are combing through the rubble of a pedestrian bridge that collapsed onto several lanes of traffic at Florida International University.
