At least 940,000 people have been expelled since it was issued last year, and the decision comes as migrants continue to stream to the US border, including about 210,000 in July alone.

Cars were swept away by the flash floods in Tennessee, and at least 22 people have been killed and dozens more are missing, as rescue crews are still searching for dozens of people in rural Humphreys County, which is west of Nashville.
