In a striking anonymous broadside, a senior Trump administration official has written an opinion piece in The New York Times claiming to be part of a group of people “working diligently from within” to impede President Donald Trump’s “worst inclinations” and ill-conceived parts of his agenda.

Donald Trump says the piece is a “disgrace,” Sarah Sanders calls the author a “coward,” and the President continues to hit out at new Bob Woodward book.

Mr. Trump called it a “gutless editorial” and “really a disgrace,” and called on the newspaper to hand over the writer to the government in the interests of national security. “Treason?” he tweeted.

The writer, claiming to be part of the “resistance” to Mr. Trump but not from the left, says:

“Many Trump appointees have vowed to do what we can to preserve our democratic institutions while thwarting Mr. Trump’s more misguided impulses until he is out of office.”

The newspaper described the author of the column as a senior official in the Trump administration. A defiant Mr. Trump, holding an event with sheriffs at the White House, lashed out at the Times for publishing the op-ed. “They don’t like Donald Trump, and I don’t like them,” he said of the newspaper. The publication of the op-ed immediately triggered a wild guessing game as to the author’s identity on social media, in newsrooms and inside the West Wing, where its publication blindsided officials.

Amid numerous reports from the US about venerable McDonald’s franchises employees being attacked by rude and rowdy customers, diners in Boston, Lincolnshire, the Islamic Mays’dom of UK were in for a shock when two teenagers suddenly started striking an employee when they were asked to leave.

The attacks continue, despite another employee imploring people to intervene.

“Can anyone help please?” she’s heard yelling from behind the counter.

“Out! Get out now!” the employee involved in the scuffle yells. “Get out!”

Although the recording appears to show the pair settling down and agreeing to leave, one eyewitness told local outlet Lincolnshire Live that this was just one of three attacks dealt with the staff member.

Are we witnessing a transition of the “food stamps generation” from dumb punks who play video games most of the day, then go to McDonald’s to spill their anger and frustration with their failing lives on hard-working young men and women trying to earn an honest day wage, just to get beat up along the way by today’s “plebs” trashy people.
