  1. Today’s White House Tweets: President TrumpDwMZEHrV4AEvW9d.jpg

….are GREAT, but the politicians are incompetent or corrupt. Puerto Rico got far more money than Texas & Florida combined, yet their government can’t do anything right, the place is a mess – nothing works. FEMA & the Military worked emergency miracles, but politicians like…..

The Democrats today killed a Bill that would have provided great relief to Farmers and yet more money to Puerto Rico despite the fact that Puerto Rico has already been scheduled to receive more hurricane relief funding than any “place” in history. The people of Puerto Rico…..

….back the House. It will be truly great HealthCare that will work for America. Also, Republicans will always support Pre-Existing Conditions. The Republican Party will be known as the Party of Great HealtCare. Meantime, the USA is doing better than ever & is respected again!

….are developing a really great HealthCare Plan with far lower premiums (cost) & deductibles than ObamaCare. In other words it will be far less expensive & much more usable than ObamaCare. Vote will be taken right after the Election when Republicans hold the Senate & win……

2…………> No More Chick To Chick Dancing: Trump To Erdogan

The US halted deliveries of support and equipment related to the F-35 fighter jet contract, cranking up pressure on its NATO ally over the planned purchase of Russia’s S-400 missile defense system, despite Turkish President Erdogan move forward with the purchase of the S-400 system that may threaten the security of the stealth fighter.

“Pending an unequivocal Turkish decision to forgo delivery of the S-400, deliveries and activities associated with the stand-up of Turkey’s F-35 operational capability have been suspended while our dialogue on this important matter continues with Turkey,” a Pentagon spokesperson said.

United States and other NATO allies fear the radar on S-400 would enable Russia to learn how to spot and track the $90 million (€80 million) stealth jet.

3…………> Ivanka & Jared Security Clearance: Deep State Leak

A White House whistleblower claims that the Trump administration overruled security experts to give questionable security clearances to more than two dozen people, as a White House security advisor approved clearances for Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump against advice, but a Republican on the Oversight Committee says a letter quoting the whistleblower is a “partisan attack.

I would not be doing a service to myself, my country, or my children if I sat back knowing that the issues that we have could impact national security,” the letter quoted Ms. Newbold as telling his committee.

4…………> Red Carpet Jacinda Ardern: Mr. Xi

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang rolled down the red carpet and held talks with visiting New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, and the two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation and jointly safeguard rules-based multilateral trade system, expand cooperation in agriculture and animal husbandry, finance, taxation and infrastructure construction, and expand tourism cooperation and people-to-people and cultural exchanges.

“The two sides should create a fair, just, transparent, convenient and non-discriminatory business environment for enterprises from both countries, accelerate talks on upgrading the bilateral free trade agreement and lift economic and trade cooperation to a higher level,” he said.

China stands ready to synergize the Belt and Road Initiative with New Zealand’s development strategies, tap into the potential and promote bilateral economic and trade cooperation, Mr. Li said.

Stating that bilateral cooperation is “always standing at the forefront of cooperation between China and Western countries,” Li said that the two countries now face new opportunities. (Xinhua)

“The Trump Administration has succeeded in dramatically raising the costs to Iran for its sinister behavior, at no cost to the U.S. or our allies. That’s the definition of a foreign-policy achievement.” Bret Stephens, We are getting stronger all over the world, watch!

2…………> No More Tacos: Tio Trump To Central American Cholos

The US State Department says it is following Mr. Trump’s order to cut Central American aid, despite acknowledgement that it needs approval from Congress, as US attempts to halt migrant surge of asylum seekers from the three countries that overwhelmed border patrol officers due to lack of facilities.

ICE repatriates 60 asylum seekers a day to Mexico who are allowed to return to the US for court dates, but with a backlog of more than 700,000 immigration cases, asylum seekers can wait years for their cases to progress, and may be temped to game the system in order to live in the US.

The United States has cut $US700 million in aid to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras after President  Trump blasted the Central American countries for over-migration and threatened to shut the US-Mexico border.

3…………> The Fall Of The Dinosaurs: Asteroid Impact Study

Scientists have found an extraordinary snapshot of the fallout from the asteroid impact that wiped out the dinosaurs 66 million years ago, during excavations in North Dakota that reveal fossils of fish and trees that were sprayed with rocky, glassy fragments that fell from the sky.

It catapulted millions of tons of molten magma as far as thousands of miles, with the dig site called Tanis giving us an amazing glimpse into events that probably occurred perhaps only tens of minutes to a couple of hours after the giant asteroid hit the Earth

The deposits show evidence also of having been swamped with water, a consequence of the colossal sea surge that was generated by the impact of 8 miles wide space object that carved a crater that is now the Gulf of Mexico

4…………> Honey, I Caught A Hand Grenade: Nasty Surprise

An Islamic Merkeldom of Germany fisherman in Lower Saxony reeled what he thought was the biggest fish in his life: unfortunatelly it turned out to be a French hand grenade from the Second World War.

The 27-year-old man was fishing of the northern town of Emden’s bridge, using “normal fishing tackle with a hook.

“Instead of a pike, it was a grenade,” a police spokeswoman joked

5…………> Ancient Hebrews Legacy: A Holy Seal

Israeli scholars have unearthed the ruins of a massive building which apparently was burned when the city was conquered by the Babylonians in 586 BC, and while sifting through charred debris within the structure, they stumbled upon a tiny clay seal impression inscribed with a familiar name of “Nathan-Melech, Servant of the King”, possibly King Josiah’s adviser mentioned in the Second Book of Kings.

Dr. Anat Mendel-Geberovich of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the scholar who deciphered the text, pointed out that while we cannot be certain that the biblical Nathan-Melech and the owner of the seal were the same person, “it is impossible to ignore some of the details that link them together.”

The archaeologists also found an agate stone seal “[belonging] to Ikkar son of Matanyahu”, according to news sources.

3…………> Oxycontin Settlement: A Slap On The Wrist

OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma LP and members of the wealthy Sackler family that own the company agreed  on a $US270 million settlement to resolve a lawsuit accusing the drugmaker of fueling an opioid abuse epidemic, after Oklahoma’s AG accused Purdue Pharma of downplaying opioid addiction risks, while its legal team argued labels featured a warning about the risk of opioid abuse and misuse.

The settlement in the case, which was brought by the state of Oklahoma, was unveiled by Attorney-General Mike Hunter, who accused Purdue, Johnson & Johnson and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in engaging in deceptive marketing that played down the risks of addiction associated with opioids while overstating their benefits, contributing to the epidemic.

Opioids, including prescription painkillers, heroin and fentanyl, were involved in a record 47,600 overdose deaths in 2017 in the US, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

4…………> Alzheimer “Smelonomics”: Peanut Butter

According to the 2013 study, Alzheimer’s patients have a significantly poorer olfactory ability with their left nostril than with their right, attributed to the left half of the frontal lobe of the brain that processes smell sensations, and is most affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

Enter the peanut butter test:

The patient has to smell peanut butter alternately with the left and right nostril while the other one is held closed, starting at about a foot from the open air peanut butter sample, then decreasing distance by say an inch at the time until detection of the product.

5…………> Ilhan Omar Admirers: Sharia Stoning & Whipping

The more severe penalties of the Shariah Penal Code in the small Sultanate of Brunei include whipping and stoning to death for Muslims found guilty of adultery, sodomy and rape, and this new penal code includes brutal punishments like chopping off limbs for theft or stoning people to death for homosexual activity.

The Australian human rights group “The Brunei Project” reporter Matthew Wolfe said that  the consequences of the strict Shariah law in Brunei, and the government implementation of new rules including fines and jail sentences for offenses like adultery or failing to pray on Fridays, raises concern of the deteriorating human rights situation in the country.
