A North Carolina sport supplement company, identified as MedFitRX Inc, aka MedFit Sarmacuticals Inc. ,  and its owner Brian Michael Parks, 47, of Apex, North Carolina, who was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison after pleading guilty to introducing unapproved new drugs into interstate commerce, according to the Department of Justice, after found guilty in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia to one count of distributing unapproved new drugs with the intent to mislead and defraud the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and consumers.

The owner admitted that from approximately June 2017 to September 2019, he and his company unlawfully distributed Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) and other substances that the FDA has not approved, including Ostarine (MK-2866), Ligandrol (LGD-4033), and Testolone (RAD-140). SARMs are synthetic chemicals designed to mimic the effects of testosterone and other anabolic steroids.

ICE Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) took custody of Carlos Celestino Payne-Archer, 64, a Panamanian national, on May 21nd, who was convicted in the first-degree murder of Joseph Taylor, Jr., a New York City Police Department (NYP) detective on March 30, 1978 by a judge to 25 years to life in prison for the shooting death of Taylor in Brooklyn, New York.

In 1995, an immigration judge ordered Payne-Archer’s removal, after he was identified as a deportable alien inmate by the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service’s Institutional Removal Program. Payne-Archer, who initially entered the United States as a visitor in 1973, will remain in ICE custody pending his removal to Panama.

On Aug. 29, 1977, Taylor and his partner, Officer Roy eSetto, were responding to a 911 emergency call about a man with a gun at an apartment in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, according to police reports.

Upon identifying themselves as police officers, Taylor and eSetto were met with gunfire as they tried to enter the apartment. Taylor, who was struck in the chest by a shotgun blast, succumbed to his injury.

While the protests surged after President Trump’s interventions, it’s clear that he did not cause the anti-lockdown movement himself.
