A Bangladeshi man residing in Mexico was arrested Saturday – was arrested upon his flight arrival into the George Bush International Airport in Houston, Texas  for his role in a scheme to smuggle illegal aliens into the United States.

Milon Miah, from Bangladesh but residing in Tapachula, Mexico, appeared before U.S. District Judge Dena H. Palmero, and charged with conspiracy to bring illegal aliens into the U.S.

He needed two thirds of all MPs to vote in favor under the Fixed Term Parliaments Act, but the result only saw 298 vote for the motion and 56 against – 136 short of the number he needed.

Both the SNP and the Liberal Democrats also criticized the prime minister’s motion as a plot to make sure the UK left the EU without a deal.
