A terrifying street fight lasted eight minutes and circled blocks of flats on a hot day in the south-east London district of Greenwich, as onlookers shouted at the four men involved to stop fighting, while others called for the police, with the upmarket community in south-east London left reeling after a man was stabbed and left in a critical condition in a broad-daylight street fight.

The Metropolitan Police said they were called to the scene at 4:23 pm, and found a man with stab wounds, who had to be airlifted to hospital in a critical condition:

The boss of the world’s busiest airport for international passengers has said Covid passports are the only way to restart mass foreign travel, as Dubai Airports chief executive Paul Griffiths told the BBC: “I don’t think there is an alternative.”
