WASHINGTON – A Salvadoran national with a homicide conviction, a Mexican national with an outstanding warrant for child molestation, and a Mexican national charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon are three of the most egregious cases of detainers placed in June by local law enforcement officials with delegated 287(g) authority from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in the latest monthly report.
The reports, which ICE began publishing in October, detail examples of enforcement actions made as a direct result of the cooperation agreements between state and local law enforcement partners and the federal agency.
The June report includes significant threats to public safety:
In Arkansas on June 4, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office 287(g) program encountered a citizen of El Salvador charged with public intoxication and placed an immigration detainer and warrant on the subject. The subject has a previous conviction of attempted homicide in El Salvador and entered the United States on an unknown date and location without inspection.
In Florida on June 3, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office 287(g) program encountered a citizen of Mexico arrested on an outstanding warrant for lewd and lascivious molestation and placed an immigration detainer and warrant on the subject. The subject also has two pending charges of sex crime with a minor and entered the United States on an unknown date and location without inspection.
In Texas on June 15, the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office 287(g) program encountered a citizen of Mexico charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of controlled substance and placed an immigration detainer and warrant on the subject. The subject last entered the United States at an unknown date and location without inspection after being previously removed from the United States on eight prior occasions.

President Trump threatened to veto the National Defense Authorization Act that in its current form would restrict the president’s authority on security, demand renaming military institutions and limit funds for the US military campaign in Afghanistan, following calls from pro communist Antifa/BLM punk rioters who used the principle of “the heckler’s veto” of mayhem, arson and domestic terrorism to erase hundreds of years of US history after huge wave of protests against racial discrimination and police brutality in the United States, all sparked by the death of African-American man George Floyd, who unfortunately died at the hands of a white police officer.
The National Defense Authorization Act was proposed by Democrat Elizabeth, “Pocahontas” Warren, a woman who had repeatedly attempted to claim a dominant Native American heritage, failing every time she tried, and now requires the Pentagon to change the names of 10 US military bases named after Confederate generals, saying it was high time to end the “tribute to white supremacy” at US military installations and honor the contributions of “Black, Brown, Native & women service members”, i.e. her included again, and others who have served in the military.
The White House reply was short and to the point:
“Our history as the Greatest Nation in the World will not be tampered with”, Trump wrote in a statement.

His performance once won a national award for folk arts. After decades of study of the dance, Nyima has formed his unique style. During the performance, he plays the role of leading dancer and controls the movements and rhythm of the dance. Nyima has trained dozens of apprentices and formed a Zhuo dance performing team in Jiuhe Village. Now, young dancers of the team often perform in different places.
