Senator Richard Blumenthal must talk about his fraudulent service in Vietnam, where for 12 years he told the people of Connecticut, as their Attorney General, that he was a great Marine War Hero. Talked about his many battles of near death, but was never in Vietnam. Total Phony!

1…………> Confirm Cavanaugh: Editorial

“Judge Kavanaugh was right to call the confirmation process a ‘disgrace’ in his passionate self-defense,” The Wall Street Journal editorial board writes. Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s “allegation should have been vetted privately, in confidence, as she said she would have preferred. Instead of ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein held it for six weeks, and it was leaked—perhaps to cause precisely such a hearing circus.”

3…………> Indonesia: State of emergency

Indonesia declared a state of emergency Saturday for Sulawesi Island in the wake of a powerful earthquake and resulting tsunami.

At least 384 people died after Friday’s 7.7-magnitude earthquake, a spokesman for Indonesia’s disaster management agency said about the mobilization of all state units for aid and recovery efforts.

The tsunami, towering up to three meters high, hit Palu, capital of the Central Sulawesi province, and the northeast of the nearby Donggala Regency.

After its 500-meter airstrip was damaged, Palu’s airport was closed to flights, excepting certain cargo planes.

Indonesian President Joko Widodo ordered troops to the region to support search and rescue efforts.

A hospital ship is on the way with medical equipment and nearly 100 specialist doctors, according to Indonesian officials.

Local media said some 540 people were injured.

4…………> American Power: An Inside Look

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is the money factory that prints $500 million every day now, and where the US dollar and US government treasuries have been written for more than 150 years, and with no sings of joining the digital revolution.
With 21.51 trillion dollars of National debt, US politicians better get digital and fast, before the dollar is no longer the reserve currency of the world.

5…………>Grandpa Was An Illegal Alien: Literally

The building blocks of life, the elements of organic molecules which form living matter, came to Earth from outer space, according to a new study that found out that phosphates and diphosphoric acid, two primary chemicals that form chromosomes carrying our genetic information, were generated billions of light years away from our planet and were delivered to Earth by space wanderers such as asteroids or comets.

The scientists used a vacuum chamber cooled down to near absolute zero to simulate icy interstellar grains coated with carbon dioxide, water, and phosphine.

When exposed to radiation, these grains created both phosphates and diphosphoric acid. “On Earth, phosphine is lethal to living beings,” said Andrew Turner of the University of Hawaii.

“But in the interstellar medium, exotic phosphine chemistry can promote rare chemical reaction pathways to initiate the formation of relevant molecules such as oxoacids of phosphorus, which eventually might spark the molecular evolution of life as we know it.”

“Since comets contain at least partially the remnants of the material of the protoplanetary disk that formed our solar system, these compounds might be traced back to the interstellar medium wherever sufficient phosphine in interstellar ices is available,” said Cornelia Meinert of the University of Nice in France.

1…………> Today’s White House Tweets: President Trump

Direct message

Just started, tonight, our 7th FBI investigation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. He will someday be recognized as a truly great Justice of The United States Supreme Court!

2…………> Attack On Kavanaugh: FBI

President Donald Trump ordered an FBI investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against his nominee for the US Supreme Court, as Senator Flake (R-AZ) “flaked” from his promise to support the nomination, demanding instead he would only back the move on the understanding that such an inquiry would occur.

As a result, a full Senate vote on Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation has been delayed for up to a week.

Judge Kavanaugh, an appeal court judge, denies allegations from at least three women. On Thursday, the committee heard testimony from Christine Blasey Ford, a professor of psychology in California, who says Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when they were teenagers in the 1980s.

Announcing the move, President Trump said: “I’ve ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to update Judge Kavanaugh’s file. As the Senate has requested, this update must be limited in scope and completed in less than one week.”

3…………> Facebook Attacked: Hackers

Facebook disclosed a security flaw on Friday affecting nearly 50 million Facebook accounts due to hackers exploiting its “View As” feature which allows users to see what their profiles look like to other individuals using its platform.

Facebook said in a blog post that it “fixed the vulnerability and informed law enforcement.” It has reset “access tokens” of the 50 million accounts affected by the breach, as well as a further 40 million accounts, as a precaution. Those 90 million users will need to log back into the platform as a result. Facebook said it is not necessary for users to change their passwords. The “View As” feature has been turned off as a precaution while a security review is conducted.

“We face constant attacks from people who want to take over accounts or steal information around the world,” Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said on his Facebook page.

“While I’m glad we found this, fixed the vulnerability, and secured the accounts that may be at risk, the reality is we need to continue developing new tools to prevent this from happening in the first place.”

4…………> Blumental Sues Trump: Emoluments Clause

Federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of the United States District Court in Washington, DC, ruled that Congressional Democrats have to stand to move forward with their lawsuit against US President Donald Trump over allegations he continues to break the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the US Constitution.

The lawsuit claims that because Trump’s businesses, such as his hotels, continue to do business with foreign governments, he violates the emoluments clause.

According to the US Constitution, “no person holding any office of profit or trust… shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign state.”

Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), the man who was found to have lied about his service in Vietnam, is one of the leading plaintiffs in the case, backed by some 200 other members of Congress.

5…………> Market Report 09/28/2018, sell stop 26250, CG(12,302), 11/22/17

Extended position at 24400, sell stop 25400 for a gain of 1000 DIA points closed. Short post established at 25380, covering short at 25300 for an increase of 80 DIA points. New position extended 25300, sell stop at 26250 for a gain of 950 DIA points.

Stocks up 55 to 26458, DJ futures +30, attempt to stage a short covering rally continuing due to anti-tariff talks with China.

Gold down to 1196.20 and USD/CHF at 0.98 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 26,250.
We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World Disorder.

2…………> Trump’s ICE Broom: MA

ICE officers arrested 40 criminal aliens and immigration violators throughout the New England region during a 3-day enforcement action from Sept. 20-22.

Some of the cities and towns that ERO deportation officers made arrests in during the operation, were: Bridgeport, Bristol, Danbury, Hartford, and Waterbury, Connecticut; in Boston, Brighton, Chelsea, Lowell, Lynn, Malden, Mattapan, Woburn, Revere, and Somerville, and Quincy, Massachusetts; in Brentwood, Manchester, Nashua, and Northwood, New Hampshire; and in East Providence and Providence, Rhode Island.

Foreign nationals from the following countries were arrested during the operation: Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Portugal, Ireland, Brazil, Jamaica, Cuba, Ecuador, among others. Most of the aliens targeted by ERO deportation officers during this operation had prior criminal histories that included convictions for crimes such as: assault, burglary, drug trafficking, possession of narcotics, discharge of a firearm, domestic violence, sexual exploitation of minor ,driving under the influence, fraud, illegal entry, hit and run, larceny, weapons possession, and sex offenses, among other charges.

“This operation has removed many dangerous individuals from the community and will help contribute to the safety and security throughout the entire region,” said Todd M. Lyons, acting field office director, ERO Boston. “Part of the ICE/ERO mission is to make our communities safer places to live in by removing criminals; operations like this do exactly that. I applaud the hard work and sheer determination of the dedicated professionals of ICE ERO Boston who make these vital operations possible.”

Eight of those arrested in this operation illegally re-entered the United States after having been previously deported, which is a felony. Depending on an alien’s criminality, an alien who re-enters the United States after having been previously deported commits a crime punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison, if convicted. Four of those arrested have been presented for federal prosecution for re-entry after deportation so far.

3…………> Trump’s ICE Broom: LA

A man with a conviction for attempted murder and a woman who has seven convictions for driving under the influence are among the 150 criminal aliens and immigration violators arrested by ICE officers this week. Approximately 40 percent of those aliens apprehended had previously been released by local law enforcement agencies despite ICE placing a detainer, which asks an arresting agency to notify immigration officers before an alien’s release from custody. Of those arrested in Los Angeles and surrounding areas from Sunday through Tuesday, approximately 90 percent had criminal convictions.

“The state laws preventing ICE from working in the jails is significantly impacting public safety by letting serious repeat offenders back out onto our streets,” said Thomas Giles, Acting Field Office Director for ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Los Angeles.

“Our presence would be focused in the jails, rather than in the streets, and safer for all involved, if ICE could again coordinate transfers of criminal aliens with local jails.”

The operation targeted public safety threats, such as convicted criminal aliens and individuals who have violated the immigration laws of the United States – including those who re-entered the country after being deported and immigration fugitives ordered deported by federal immigration judges. Among those arrested during the operation are: A 36-year old citizen of Mexico apprehended in Huntington Beach, Calif. on Sept. 24, who had been arrested and released by local law enforcement agencies three times this year despite ICE having a detainer lodged. His convictions include attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, failure to register as a sex offender, driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

4…………> Mini Tsunami: Indonesia

A tsunami waves of up to six feet tall has hit a small city on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi, collapsing buildings and washing a vessel onto land, after a magnitude-7.5 quake struck offshore, but there has been no word on casualties so far.

Authorities received information that Palu had been hit amid a rapid series of aftershocks,

“The 3 to 6 feet tsunami has receded, it ended,” according to a government official.

“The situation is chaotic; people are running on the streets and buildings collapsed. There is a ship washed ashore,” she added. Videos circulating on social media show a powerful wave hitting the provincial capital, Palu, with people screaming and running in fear.

5…………> Kavanaugh Nomination: The Struggle

At a news conference with the president of Chile, President Trump says he’s going to “let the Senate handle” Kavanaugh.

“They’ll make their decision, and they’ve been doing a good job,” he says. When asked about Ford, Trump says he thought her testimony “was very compelling.”

“I thought that Brett’s testimony, likewise, was something that I haven’t seen before, it was incredible, it was an incredible moment I think in the history of our country.”

He reminds reporters that he isn’t up to speed with all the details given his meeting with Chile’s president, but that he wants “it to work out well for the country.”

As for Senators Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins, two possible Republican swing votes? Trump has no message for them. “They have to do what they think is right,” he says. The president ended the Kavanaugh questions by saying he’s going to rely on what the senators want to do. “I’ll be reliant on what Senator Grassley and the group decide to do.”
