1…………> Chinese “Five Fingers”: A CIA Mole

A federal jury convicted Kevin Patrick Mallory, 61, a former Central Intelligence Agency case officer of Leesburg, Virginia, on espionage charges related to his transmission of classified documents to an agent of the People’s Republic of China.

“It is a sad day when an American citizen is convicted of spying on behalf of a foreign power,” said Assistant Attorney General Demers. “This act of espionage was no isolated incident. The People’s Republic of China has made a sophisticated and concerted effort to steal our nation’s secrets. Today’s conviction demonstrates that we remain vigilant against this threat and hold accountable all those who put the United States at risk through espionage.”

According to court records and evidence presented at trial, in March and April 2017, Mallory traveled to Shanghai and met with an individual, Michael Yang, whom he quickly concluded was working for the People’s Republic of China Intelligence Service (PRCIS). During a voluntary interview with FBI agents on May 24, 2007, Mallory stated that Yang represented himself as working for a People’s Republic of China think tank, however, Mallory stated that he assessed Yang to be a Chinese Intelligence Officer.

Mallory, a U.S. citizen who speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, told FBI agents he traveled to Shanghai in March and April to meet with Yang and Yang’s boss. After Mallory consented to a review of a covert communications (covcom) device he had been given by Yang in order to communicate covertly with Yang, FBI agents viewed a message from Mallory to Yang in which Mallory stated that he could come in the middle of June and he could bring the remainder of the documents with him at that time. Analysis of the device, which was a Samsung Galaxy smartphone, also revealed a handwritten index describing eight different documents later determined to be classified. Four of the eight documents listed in the index were found stored on the device, with three being confirmed as containing classified information pertaining to the same U.S. government agency. One of those documents was classified TOP SECRET, while the remaining two documents were classified SECRET. FBI analysts were able to determine that Mallory had completed all of the steps necessary to securely transmit at least four documents via the covcom device, one of which contained unique identifiers for human sources who had helped the U.S. government.

Mallory was convicted of conspiracy to deliver, attempted delivery, delivery of defense information to aid a foreign government and making material false statements. He faces a maximum penalty of life in prison when sentenced on Sept. 21. The statutory maximum penalty is prescribed by Congress and is provided here for informational purposes only, as any sentencing of the defendant will be determined by the judge.

2…………> “Barbed Wire Renaissance”: Turkey

Obviously enlightened by Israel and President Trump’s much heralded “Mexico will pay for it, and gladly” wall along the Mexico border, all designed to keep “unwanted” friends and relatives out, Turkey has completed the construction of a 475-mile concrete wall along its border with Syria.

A part of Turkey’s effort to increase security and combat smuggling and illegal crossings on a 566-mi border with civil war embroiled Syria, the wall will seal provinces of Sanliurfa, Gaziantep, Kilis, Hatay, Mardin, and Sirnak from hostiles intrusions.

The border wall project incorporates physical, electronic and advanced technology layers, includes modular concrete walls, patrol routes, manned and unmanned towers and passenger tracks.

3…………> “Markets Up”: To Duterte Prison

Eight Israeli fraudsters and nearly 500 Philippines call centers agents are now locked in the prisons of President Duterte, accused of promulgating a multimillion-dollar online investment scam, the Philippine National Police said.

Following complaints from Australian and South African investors who had been victimized out of millions of dollars, the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) and the Special Action Force raided three buildings in the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga province being used as the company’s offices.

ACG director Chief Superintendent Marni Marcos Jr. said the company was allegedly involved in a fictitious stock trading business which held a portfolio of stocks that kept rising.

“They showed their victims that they will invest in this because you saw it — the graph is going up, and you are going to earn money,” Marcos said at a press conference Thursday as quoted by Rappler, a Philippine-based online news portal.

4…………> Comrade UN’s Jet: IL62M

Following a family tradition, Mr. Kim is known to use a special armored train for travel, but that’s not an option for getting to a state like Singapore, hence an Ilyushin-62M with a range of about 6000 miles puts the island safely within non-stop flying distance.  But there have been questions about the mechanical reliability and absence of advanced communications systems typical of modern planes, and Mr. Kim’s cargo plane, carrying heavy things like his limousine, can’t fly as far with a full load and might need to stop for refueling along the way.

5…………> The Crabs Of Wrath: Hooper Islands

Maryland’s remote Hooper Islands are beautiful and conservative, quiet and industrious, hence the mostly older population voted heavily for Donald Trump with his promise of a border wall, but now that immigration rhetoric risks their most important crab meat industry that for decades relied on Mexican “slave” workers employed under H2-B visas to do the labour-intensive work of picking tasty white flesh from the shells.

“We’ve been getting these workers for 25 years and we depend on them,” says 81-year-old Dot Ruark who runs one of the picking factories that rely on Mexican workers.
“And I don’t think we should have to go through what we have to go through every year.” Ms. Ruark’s picking factory is bustling with mostly female Mexican workers who laugh in Spanish as they finish a shift and collect their pay cheques. She is one of the lucky few to get visas for her workers this year. But she is watching friends have their workshops shut down as the President’s immigration crackdown bites with unintended consequences. “I mean it’s just hard, it’s hard to think that they’re sitting there and you don’t like that because we all work together down here and it’s just devastating you know,” Ms. Ruark said of her fellow factory owners.

1…………> Aliens Incarceration: A Troubling Report

President Trump’s Executive Order on Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States requires the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to collect relevant data and provide quarterly reports on data collection efforts. On June 7, 2018, DOJ and DHS released the FY 2018 1st Quarter Alien Incarceration Report, complying with this order.[1] The report found that more than one-in-five of all persons in Bureau of Prisons custody were known or suspected aliens, and 93 percent of confirmed aliens in DOJ custody were in the United States unlawfully.

“The illegal immigrant crime rate in this country should be zero,” said Attorney General Sessions. “Every crime committed by an illegal alien is, by definition, a crime that should have been prevented. It is outrageous that tens of thousands of Americans are dying every year because of the drugs and violence brought over our borders illegally and that taxpayers have been forced, year after year, to pay millions of dollars to incarcerate tens of thousands of illegal aliens. That is another reason why the Department of Justice under President Trump’s leadership has instituted a zero-tolerance policy for illegal entry on our Southwest border. Today’s report is yet another reminder that we must continue this policy and help fulfill President Trump’s goals of restoring lawfulness to our immigration system and ensure that immigration serves the good of this country.”

“Bad actors know well our legal loopholes which act as a magnet for illegal immigration,” said Secretary Nielsen. “As DHS continues to carry out President Trump’s immigration priorities to keep America safe, Congress must urgently act to close dangerous loopholes that attract criminal aliens and also inhibit our ability to remove them.”

Section 16 of the Executive Order directs the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Attorney General to collect relevant data and provide quarterly reports regarding (a) the immigration status of all aliens incarcerated under the supervision of the Federal Bureau of Prisons; (b) the immigration status of all aliens incarcerated as federal pretrial detainees under the supervision of the United States Marshals Service; and (c) the immigration status of all convicted aliens in state prisons and local detention centers throughout the United States.

A total of 57,820 known or suspected aliens were in DOJ custody at the end of FY 2018 Q1, including 38,132 persons in BOP custody and 19,688 in USMS custody. Of this total, 42,284 people had been confirmed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to be aliens (i.e., non-citizens and non-nationals), while 15,536 aliens were still under investigation by ICE to determine alienage and/or removability.

Among the 42,284 confirmed aliens, 39,413 people (93 percent) were unlawfully present. These numbers include a 62 percent unlawful rate among 38,132 known or suspected aliens in BOP custody and a 78 percent unlawful rate among 19,688 confirmed aliens in USMS custody.

Approximately 16,233 aliens in USMS custody required housing in state, local, and private facilities, which cost $1,458,372.72 a day.

For the first time, the Quarterly Alien Incarceration Report included examples of newly sentenced or incarcerated aliens in BOP custody. These examples include, but are not limited to:
Anibel Rondolpho Rodriguez, an illegal alien from Honduras who was residing in Freeport, NY, was sentenced to 45 years in prison after he pled guilty to racketeering charges, two murder conspiracies, two attempted murders, and threatening to commit assault.
Eduardo Martinez, an illegal alien who was residing in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced to 324 months in prison after he pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than a kilogram of heroin, distribution of over 50 grams of methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm.
Pedro Quintero-Enriques, an illegal alien from Mexico who was residing in Summerdale, Alabama, was sentenced to 108 months in prison after he pled guilty to illegal reentry after deportation and felon in possession of firearms.

This report does not include data on the alien populations in state prisons and local jails because state and local facilities do not routinely provide DHS or DOJ with comprehensive information about their inmates and detainees—which account for approximately 90 percent of the total U.S. incarcerated population.

Information Regarding Immigration Status of Aliens Incarcerated Under the Supervision of the Federal Bureau of Prisons

The Department of Justice’s Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has an operational process for maintaining data regarding foreign-born inmates in its custody. On a quarterly basis, BOP supplies this information to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE, in turn, analyzes that information to determine the immigration status of each inmate and provides that information back to BOP.

Out of the 183,058 inmates in BOP custody, 38,132 (twenty-one percent) were reported by BOP as known or suspected aliens. Further details regarding these 38,132 known or suspected aliens are as follows:
20,976 (55 percent) were unauthorized aliens who are subject to a final order of removal;
11,698 (31 percent) remain under ICE investigation;
2,850 (seven percent) were unlawfully present and now in removal proceedings;
2,484 (approximately seven percent) were lawfully present aliens but are now in removal proceedings; and
124 were aliens who have been granted relief or protection from removal.

Information Regarding the Immigration Status of Aliens Incarcerated as Federal Pretrial Detainees

USMS identified 19,688 confirmed aliens under ICE investigation detained at USMS facilities. Further details regarding these 19,688 confirmed aliens are as follows:
13,858 (70 percent) were aliens who are subject to a final order of removal;
3,838 (19 percent) remain under ICE investigation;
1,560 (7.9 percent) were unlawfully present and now in removal proceedings;
387 (approximately two percent) were lawfully present but are now in removal proceedings; and
45 were aliens who have been granted relief or protection from removal.

Pending Charges Against Confirmed Aliens in USMS Custody

Of the 19,688 confirmed aliens in USMS custody, 10,971 (56 percent) were in custody for an immigration-related offense. Additionally, 4,665 (nearly 24 percent) aliens were in custody for drug-related offenses. Further details regarding the related charges of these inmates are as follows:
974 (approximately five percent) were in custody for supervision violations;
889 (approximately five percent) were in custody for property offenses;
391 (approximately five percent) were in custody for weapons violations;
378 (approximately two percent) were in custody for violent crimes;
745 (approximately four percent) in custody were material witnesses.

Immigration Status of All Convicted Aliens Incarcerated in State Prisons and Local Detention Centers Throughout the United States

Some state and local jurisdictions already take proactive measures to make this data available to the public. For example, the Texas Department of Public Safety publishes data online regarding criminal alien arrests and convictions. These data do not account for all aliens in the Texas criminal justice system, as they are limited to criminal alien arrestees who have had prior interaction with DHS resulting in the collection of their fingerprints.

As reported by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), 251,000 criminal aliens have been booked into local Texas jails between June 1, 2011 and April 30, 2018, according to DHS status indicators. These criminal aliens were charged with:
More than 663,000 criminal offenses;
1,351 homicides;
7,156 sexual assaults;
9,938 weapons charges;
79,049 assaults;
18,685 burglaries;
79,900 drug charges;
815 kidnappings;
44,882 thefts;
4,292 robberies.

2…………> “Goodbye & So Long”: Bourdain

US celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain, the host of CNN’s food and travel-focused “Parts Unknown” television series, has died at the age of 61, found in his hotel room in France, having taken his own life.

Celebrity chef Eric Ripert, who found Bourdain’s body, released a statement saying he was a dear friend.

“He was an exceptional human being, so inspiring and generous. One of the great storytellers of our time who connected with so many,” Ripert said.

CNN said: “His love of great adventure, new friends, fine food and drink and the remarkable stories of the world made him a unique storyteller. His talents never ceased to amaze us and we will miss him very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with his daughter and family at this incredibly difficult time.”

Bourdain was twice divorced and has a daughter from his second marriage.

His girlfriend, actress, and activist Asia Argento said on Twitter she was “beyond devastated” and called him “my love, my rock, my protector”.

The chef, author and television personality was born in New York City and was raised in Leonia, New Jersey.

3…………> A Medal For Uncle Vladimir: Cousin Xi

President Trump’s usual suspects, aka “the bully boys” Putin, Xi & Co who have steadfastly refused to submit to New World’s Disorder by backing their currencies with gold bullion, aggressively re-arming their armies, and started a drive away from US dollar and into Chines yuan, have done it again: President Xi Jinping awarded his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin the first-ever Friendship Medal of the People’s Republic of China in a ceremony held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Wang Huning and Han Zheng, both members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, attended.

Friendship Medals, the highest state honor to foreigners, are presented to foreign friends who have made outstanding contributions to China’s modernization drive, promoting exchange and cooperation between China and the world, and safeguarding world peace, Xi said when delivering a speech.

As a leader of a major country with global influence, President Putin is “an old friend” and “a good friend” of the Chinese people, Xi said.

“Thanks to President Putin, bilateral ties have withstood the test of the ever-changing international situation, Xi said, noting the deepened political and strategic mutual trust, great progress in pragmatic cooperation in various fields, and the enhanced friendship between the two peoples”.

“The China-Russia relations, standing at a high level, have benefited the two peoples and served as a model of harmonious coexistence of major countries and neighboring countries. Such relations have contributed to the building of a new type of international relations and a community with shared future for humanity”, Mr.Xi said.

4…………> The Smell Of Rats: Chinese “Good Chemistry”

Chinese hackers targeted a contractor who works for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, a military entity based in Newport, Rhode Island, getting away with a large amount of sensitive data from a US Navy contractor, including plans to develop a new type of submarine-launched anti-ship missile.

The pirated files comprised 614 gigabytes containing information about a project known as Sea Dragon, as well as signals and sensor data, submarine radio room information relating to cryptographic systems and the Navy submarine development unit’s electronic warfare library, all this reported as President Trump greeted his friend, Japan PM Mr. Abe, and will soon on the way to meet with China’s President Mr. Xi’s nephew, the incomparable Comrade Un, the same man who reportedly executed his own uncle using an army howitzer last year.

5…………> Market Report 06/08/2018, sell stop 25,100, CG(10322), 11/22/17

Closed position short 24400, cover shortstop 24500, for a loss of 50 DIA points.

New position long 24500, sell stop 25100 for a gain of 600 points.

Stocks were up 75 to 25316, DJ futures 51, attempt to stage a covering short rally.

Gold up to 1303.5 and USD/CHF at 1.01 despite President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 25,100.

We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects.

1…………> Mr.Xi Steel Hand: Uyghur Scholar Murder

Uyghur Islamic scholar Muhammad Salih Hajim who was arrested, held and subjected to political indoctrination and propaganda since December 2017, has died in a Chinese re-education camp, according to World Uyghur Congress.

Hajim has translated the Holy Quran from Arabic to Uyghur language, the international group of exiled Uyghur said.

“[He] was very likely subjected to torture and ill-treatment during his imprisonment. Mr. Hajim’s death has occurred in the midst of a massive crackdown by the Chinese authorities on the Uyghur people in general and especially on their right to freedom of religion”.

“Hundreds of thousands (possibly millions) of Uyghurs have been arrested across East Turkestan and sent to ‘re-education’ camps for peacefully practicing their religion, expressing themselves freely, or for having any dissident relatives or associates,” it added.

The statement also denounced Chinese government and President XI “new socialism” heavy-handed policy of suppression against anyone who has raised their voice against the communist regime and declined to publicize the deaths in the camp.

2…………> “Pardon Ali”: Trump

President Trump said he is considering thousands of names for potential pardoning, including Mohammad Ali, who refused to serve in the Vietnam War citing religious reasons after converting to Islam, as have many football players and other athletes who have protested racial injustice by kneeling during the national anthem.

In 1971 the US Supreme Court reversed his conviction for resisting the draft.

Ali was born Cassius Clay, and changed his name after converting to Islam in the 1960s.

He refused to serve in the Vietnam War because of his religious beliefs, declaring himself a conscientious objector.

“I ain’t got no quarrel with the Viet Cong,” Ali said, and

was stripped of his heavyweight crown in 1967.

Ali’s legal fight ended in 1971, when the Supreme Court ruled in his favor, reversing his conviction on a technicality.

He regained the boxing title in 1974 and died in 2016.

3…………> “Putin, Darling”: G7

New World Disorder and globalist exponent, Canada’s PM Mr. Trudeau described President Trump’s citing of national security to defend his steel and aluminum tariffs as “laughable”.

Mr. Trump responded by firing off a series of tweets as shown below:

Speaking to reporters before the summit, he again criticized other nations for their treatment of the US but predicted tensions would ease and “we’ll all be in love again”.

US President Donald Trump says he wants Russia to be part of the G7 group of key industrialized nations, after being expelled in 2014 following its annexation of Crimea, but Mr. Trump said he wanted the country readmitted.

He said he regretted the meeting had shrunk in size, putting him at odds with most other G7 members on yet another issue.

“You know, whether you like it or – and it may not be politically correct – but we have a world to run and in the G7, which used to be the G8, they threw Russia out. They should let Russia come back in,” he said.

He found support in the shape of the newly installed Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, who tweeted that it was “in the interests of everyone” for Russia to be readmitted. But Canada, France, and the UK immediately signaled they remain opposed.

4…………> Jihadists Out: Austria’s Chancellor

Austria has said it will shut down seven mosques and expel imams who it says are funded by foreign countries, a decision by Chancellor Sebastian Kurz labeled as a crackdown on political Islam.

Some mosques are suspected of having links to Turkish nationalists, and images of children in Turkish army uniforms re-enacting the World War One Battle of Gallipoli were flooding the Internet.

The Turkish president’s office called Austria’s move “Anti-Islamic, racist and discriminatory”, and his spokesman Ibrahim Kalin took to Twitter to condemn the move.

Austria’s decision to close seven mosques and expel imams is a reflection of the Islamophobic, racist and discriminatory wave in this country. It is an attempt to target Muslim communities for the sake of scoring cheap political points.

5…………> French Legion Of Honor: US Vet

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — At a ceremony overlooking the Department of Defense Warrior Games at the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado, June 2, 2018, Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David L. Goldfein presented the French Legion of Honor to a World War II Army veteran for his efforts to liberate Western Europe in 1945.

Robert Wortman was just 19 when he joined the army in 1944 and became a scout for the 3rd division 15th Infantry, which was quickly sent to the front lines and then behind enemy lines, crossing the Rhine River in the second wave. Days later, a surprise attack by German hold outs in Nuremberg wounded Wortman, forcing a leg amputation.

After spending three weeks recovering in a hospital in France, Wortman was flown home, but he did not let his wound slow him down. He went on to serve 30 years at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, as an Air Force civilian employee, and celebrated his 92nd birthday day last month.

“All of us in the services today enjoy the trust and confidence of a very grateful nation. That grateful spirit is not all because of what we do, but it is in part due to the incredible legacy of passed on by [Wortman] and those of [he] served with, members of the greatest generation,” Goldfein said during the ceremony.

Despite his years of service, Wortman’s daughter-in-law, Ann Wortman believes this is his first medal ceremony. His purple heart and bronze star arrived at the hospital while he was recovering in 1945.
