The creator of the Fantastic Four and Spiderman that fueled the dreams of youth worldwide, making him an American cultural icon has passed away. Stan Lee was 95. 

Born in 1922 in New York to Romanian immigrants, Stanley Martin Lieber was deeply influenced by books and heroic films starring Errol Flynn, where he wrote and drew his own narratives as a kid, and hence did not take him long to get into the comics scene, helping him become the center of the Marvel universe, the body and spirit behind many of its superheroes – such as the Fantastic Four, Hulk, Iron Man and the X-Men – figures that often challenge heroic archetypes. The new book, “The Marvel Age of Comics 1961-1978,” is the perfect introduction to Lee and his work.

A record-breaking cold snap continues to blanket the northern United States and Canada, as forecasters warn the deep freeze will continue into the start of the new year, and even President Trump said that a little bit of global warming may come handy during this outrage.

Weather observers said the temperature on top of the highest peak in the US northeast hit -37 degrees Celsius, a record low, two degrees lower than the previous record set in 1933.

5…………> Another Attack On Christianity: Cairo

In continuing attack on Christian religion by the Islamic State of Levant, an armed attacker killed nine people, including seven Coptic Christians in the church Mar Mina in Cairo’s southern Helwan district.  

Five other people had been injured, the ministry added, at least two of whom were in critical condition. 

“Security forces managed to kill one of the culprits in an exchange of fire and are now pursuing a second attacker,” the official Egyptian News Agency quoted an unnamed security source as saying.

In yet another bloody page of the internal deterioration of Mexico, a longtime Jalisco politician Democratic Revolution Party Congressman Saúl Galindo Plazola was shot and killed this morning in his native Tomatlán, as he was traveling on federal highway 200 when showered by gunfire at about 9:00am, according to local police.
He is joining a bulging list of Mexican news reporters, police officers and politicians who have met a grizzly death in the hands of the cartels enforcers.

Social Encounter Party (PES) Deputy and a Zacatecas politician Iris Aguirre celebrated Christmas by handing out gifts of roasted chicken to the less fortunate, for whom there was no question where it came from: the packaging was clearly identified with the donor’s photo.

UNICEF warned of an alarming surge in the number of children being used in conflict zones around the world, particularly in northern Nigeria and Cameroon, where Boko Haram thugs had forced at least 135 children to act as suicide bombers in 2017, almost five times the number in 2016.

”Children are being targeted and exposed to attacks and brutal violence in their homes, schools and playgrounds,” said Manuel Fontaine, UNICEF Director of Emergency Program.

”In conflicts around the world, children have become frontline targets, used as human shields, killed, maimed and recruited to fight. Rape, forced marriage, abduction and enslavement have become standard tactics in conflicts from Iraq, Syria and Yemen, to Nigeria, South Sudan and Myanmar,” the statement said.

The area where most of charcoal wood is cut from is Nigeria’s Edumanom Forest Reserve, a 9,000-hectare tropical forest lies in the oil-rich Niger Delta, the home to country’s last chimpanzees. 

The pristine ecosystem is in danger due to the trees being cut down, with the burning process produces fumes that are harmful to the people and the environment, poisoning the groundwater and the surrounding soil. 

The question of this never ending irreversible destruction of natural resources is when the forces of nature through global warming will put a halt to our politicians madness?

Video suggested she take up knitting and get a hobby so she doesn’t run for president again.
