1…………> The “Nike Shoes” Bandits: Queens

Five Queens residents identified as Miyuki Suen, Jian Min Huang, Songhua Qu, Kin Lui Chen, and Fang Qu were charged according to an investigation by ICE Homeland Security Investigations.

The arrest was due to conspiracy to traffic more than $70 million worth of counterfeit Nike Air Jordans by importing hundreds-of-thousands of athletic shoes from China into the United States. Once those shoes arrived, the defendants and other co-conspirators affixed counterfeit Nike-trademarked logos to those shoes in New York and sold the now-counterfeit Air Jordans in the United States.

“These five individuals are alleged to have been a part of a large-scale counterfeiting scheme, importing nearly a half million pairs of knock-off Nike sneakers,” said Angel M. Melendez, special agent in charge for HSI New York. “These counterfeiting networks can be both detrimental to our economy and threaten our national security, and HSI will continue to take every measure in investigating and dismantling these organizations.”

2…………> MS-13 Murderers: In Prison

A federal grand jury sitting in Nashville, Tennessee today, returned a five-count indictment, charging two members of the MS-13 gang identified as Oscar Degaldo Flores, aka Flaco, 24, of El Salvador, and Luis Colindres, aka Listo and Joe, 21, of Honduras,  with murder in aid of racketeering.

They were also charged with conspiracy; witness tampering; using, carrying and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence; and causing death through the use of a gun. The indictment alleges that on Sept. 24, 2017, Flores and Colindres shot and killed an individual identified as “H.Z.” and also shot and killed another individual identified as “Y.H.,” in order to prevent that individual from communicating with law enforcement about the commission of their crimes, including the murder of “H.Z.”

3…………> The Barcelona Jihadists: The Hunt Continues

An explosion blew-up a small, white house in the Spanish coastal town of Alcanar last August, the blast sending debris hundreds of feet away by the force of the blast, including the bodies of two men that landed in nearby gardens.

The next day a van attack was launched on pedestrians in Barcelona’s central tourist avenue, Las Ramblas. Hours later there was another attack, in Cambrils, a coastal town. Sixteen people died, and more than 130 were injured.

Catalonia had come under attack from a jihadist gang of 11 people, and authorities believed that they had planned to target Barcelona’s Sagrada and the Paris Eiffel Tower.

But the main question still remains: How come the police missed clues and intelligence hints even though the jihadist Es Satty had been known to the authorities for years? Poliiticalcorrectnesss perhaps? Don’t bet against it.

1…………> Ready For Jihad: NM Children

Two men charged in the abuse of 11 youths found malnourished at a filthy compound in New Mexico were training the children with firearms to commit school shootings, and one of the men is accused of transporting children across state lines to receive “advanced weapons training.”

One of the suspects, identified as Huraj Wahhaj, is the father of a young boy whose disappearance from his home near Atlanta months ago prompted the investigation that led authorities to raid the compound, located north of Taos, New Mexico, last week.

3…………> Cancer Drones: Exomes

A study published in the journal Nature showed that cancer cells could release small vesicles called exosomes circulating in the blood and armed with proteins called PD-L1, causing T cells to tire before they have a chance to reach the tumor.

The research signals a paradigm-shifting in which cancers can take a systemic approach to suppress the immune system and points to a new way to predict which cancer patients will respond to anti-PD1 therapy that disrupts immune suppression to fight tumors. Anti-PD1 therapy blocks interaction between PD-1, a protein on the surface of T cells, and PD-L1, the PD-1’s counterpart molecule on tumor cells, thus reinvigorating T cells and allowing them to unleash killing power on the tumor. “Immunotherapies are life-saving for many patients with metastatic melanoma, but about 70 percent of these patients don’t respond,” said Guo Wei, a professor of Biology at the University of Pennsylvania.

4…………> Selling Illegal Aliens: ICE Clamp-Down

During a multi-state operation led by special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a series of criminal arrest warrants were executed Wednesday for 17 individuals connected to an alleged criminal conspiracy to exploit illegal alien laborers for profit, fraud, wire fraud and money laundering in Nebraska and Minnesota. In addition to these arrest warrants, authorities also served search warrants for worksite hiring violations at agricultural firms in Nebraska and Minnesota, and federal document search warrants at locations throughout Nebraska, in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota; Appleton, Minnesota; and Las Vegas, Nevada.

During this investigation, authorities identified employees who were subject to arrest for immigration violations and were unlawfully working at these businesses. These individuals have been illegally residing and working in the United States; they may also have been exploited as part of this alleged criminal conspiracy. During the execution of these search warrants Aug. 8, 133 illegal workers were administratively arrested for immigration violations; some will be issued notices to appear before a federal immigration judge and released from custody; the rest will remain in ICE custody pending immigration court proceedings.

Law enforcement believes the alleged conspirators, 17 individuals located in multiple states, colluded to create an illegal alien workforce in their respective businesses. By doing so, they defrauded the U.S. government and built an unfair advantage over their competition businesses. Additionally, authorities suspect the conspirators exploited the illegal aliens who were knowingly hired as part of this alleged conspiracy through force, coercion, or threat of arrest and deportation. Specifically, these illegal aliens were allegedly required to cash their paychecks for a fee, have tax money deducted from their pay even though this money was never paid to the government, and were coerced to remain quiet about this criminal activity. As in this case, unauthorized workers often use stolen identities of legal U.S. workers, which can profoundly damage for years the identity-theft victim’s credit, medical records and other aspects of their everyday life.

Gold up to 1222.7 and USD/CHF down 0.99 due to President Trump setting tariffs on Chinese products. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3.

Watch sell stop at 25,400.
We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World Disorder.

1…………> Crooked Broker: ConvergEx NJ

The former Chief Executive Officer of ConvergEx Global Markets Limited (CGM Limited)  Anthony Blumberg, 53, of Short Hills, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Jose L. Linares of the District of New Jersey, in Newark, to one count of conspiracy to commit securities and wire fraud, with sentencing has been scheduled for Dec. 5 before Chief Judge Linares.

According to court documents, Blumberg admitted that clients placed orders to buy or sell securities with G-Trade Services LLC and ConvergEx Limited, subsidiaries of ConvergEx Group that offered global trading services to clients, which in turn routed orders to CGM Limited. Blumberg also admitted that traders at CGM Limited executed the orders and sometimes added a “spread,” (a mark-down on the sale of a security or a markup on the purchase of security) to the prices they had obtained for non-fiduciary clients. To hide the fact that spread had been taken, on several occasions from 2007 to 2011, Blumberg and traders acting under his direction, acting in response to requests by clients for information that could reveal the existence of spread, sent false reports (known as time and sales reports) to these clients.

2…………> Change The Laws: Trump To Congress

The President fired a salvo of tweets, attacking his Democratic opponents of being hypocrites of failing to solve the urgent immigration problem our country is facing.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

Why don’t the Democrats give us the votes to fix the world’s worst immigration laws? Where is the outcry for the killings and crime being caused by gangs and thugs, including MS-13, coming into our country illegally? 5:46 AM – Jun 18, 2018

3…………> Salvation From “Down Under”: Hydrogen Cars

As a prelude to hydrogen vehicles being developed and built in Australia, powered with a fuel derived from ammonia, two cars will be tested in Brisbane due to a Queensland breakthrough that CSIRO researchers say could turn Australia into a renewable energy superpower.

It’s the first time both Toyota and Hyundai have invested millions of dollars into hydrogen-powered vehicles, as CSIRO principal research scientist Michael Dolan said it was an inspiring day for a project that has been a decade in the making:

“We started out with what we thought was a good idea, it is exciting to see it on the cusp of commercial deployment,” he said.

For the past decade, researchers have worked on producing ultra-high purity hydrogen using unique membrane technology that will allow hydrogen to be safely transported and used as a mass production energy source.

“We are certainly the first to demonstrate the production of very clean hydrogen from ammonia,” Dr. Dolan said.

“Today is the very first time in the world that hydrogen cars have been fuelled with a fuel derived from ammonia — carbon-free fuel.” (ABC)

4…………> Forgotten Women: Impressionists

Berthe Morisot and Mary Cassatt were forgotten, yet leading figures in the male-dominated Impressionist movement, adored by their peers and embraced by critics at the same time.

Morisot nocturnal portrayal of the Parisian woman, true to her radical experiments with the concept of ‘finished’ and ‘unfinished’ in her painting, made her one of its most adventurous spirits.

Cassatt had the distinction of being the only American to exhibit with the Impressionists, but her uniquely modernist interpretations of traditional themes such as the mother and child brought her international recognition.
