Hundreds of U.S. immigration agents flooded out to nearly 100 7-Eleven convenience stores nationwide, arresting 21 people suspected of being in the country illegally and giving owners a tight deadline to prove other employees are authorized to work.

“Today’s actions send a strong message to U.S. businesses that hire and employ an illegal workforce: ICE will enforce the law, and if you are found to be breaking the law, you will be held accountable,” ICE Deputy Director Thomas Homan said in a statement.

San Francisco District Judge William Alsup  blocked US President Donald Trump’s administration from phasing out DACA, the Obama-era immigration policy that allowed young undocumented individuals who had arrived in the US as children to be given work permits and a renewable two-year period of deferred action for deportation, a decision based on a contradicting tweets by the president supporting the program.

On September 5, Trump tweeted: “Does anybody really want to throw out good, educated and accomplished young people who have jobs, some serving in the military? Really!”
Following the opinion expressed above, on September 6 Mr. Trump tweeted: “Congress now has 6 months to legalize DACA (something the Obama Administration was unable to do). If they can’t, I will revisit this issue!”

In his recent ruling, Judge Alsup wrote, “We seem to be in the unusual position wherein the ultimate authority over the agency, the Chief Executive, publicly favors the very program the agency has ended.

A Bosnian man named Jovo Asentic, 65 residing in Chicago, who served as an officer in the Bosnian conflict during the 1990s, was deported by deportation officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) for his failure to disclose his service in the Army of Republika Srpska Zvornik Brigade from 1992 to 1996. 
Court evidence indicated that he was on duty in July 1995 in an area blocking escape routes during the Srebrenica genocide, where 7,000 to 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men and boys were killed by Bosnian Serb forces.

Alt-right superstar Steve Bannon, the mysterious “conservative brain” hailed as the mastermind behind President Donald Trump’s victories, was forced to step down from his post at Breitbart due to pressure from not only Trump supporters, but also powerful “string pullers” from the wealthy Mercer family.

Bannon’s legend was blown up in the sky by the 16 inch guns of USS heavy cruiser “Donald Trump” over the treacherous statements cited in the new trashy “Fire and Fury” book by “gadfly” gossip columnist Michael Wolff, a book reportedly full with erroneous omissions, exaggerations and outright lies.

If this was not enough “self made” trouble for Bannon, it was followed by a rift with his very powerful financiers from the the conservative Mercer family, which had played a key part in his rise to power.

The break-up became abundantly clear last week when Rebekah Mercer publicly distanced her camp from Bannon after his remarks on Donald Trump Jr.

“My family and I have not communicated with Steve Bannon in many months and have provided no financial support to his political agenda, nor do we support his recent actions and statements,” she said, pledging her support to “President Trump and the platform upon which he was elected.”

5…………> Training For War: PLA Air Force

Air Force of the People’s Liberation Army of China has carried out real combat training, with the involvement of the J-20 stealth fighter and the Y-20 military transport aircraft, according to a military statement.

The J-20, China’s fourth-generation medium and long-range fighter jet, made its maiden flight in 2011 and was officially commissioned into military service in September 2017.

Several new fighter jets including the J-16, J-10C and H-6K bombers were also included in the training, the statement said.

The training is aimed at improving the air force’s capability to win battles, it said.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson, a staunch defender of President Donald Trump, but no more now as he described a “disturbing scene” when Trump met with lawmakers of both parties and indicated he’d sign just about any deal they make on immigration to protect young undocumented immigrants known as the Dreamers.

“Congress is full of people from both parties who believe that the point of our immigration policy is to provide cheap labor to their donors and to atone for America’s imaginary sins against the world.They couldn’t care less about immigration’s effect on you or your family. Yet these are the same people the president now says he trusts to write the immigration bill, the one he will sign no matter what it says. So what was the point of running for president?”
“He clearly has skills as a negotiator,” Carlson said. “Where were they today?”

He also underlined the fact that the Democrats are trying to “import more Democratic voters.”

“Once they retake the Congress and the presidency ― and if Trump betrays his base on immigration, that’ll definitely happen ― it is over,” Carlson said. “Say goodbye to borders. They are done.”

Federal officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested 22 criminal aliens and immigration violators in Illinois’ Cook and Lake counties in the following cities and towns: Chicago (9), Cicero (4), Hoffman Estates (1), Palatine (4), Park City (1), Rolling Meadows (2) and Round Lake Beach (1). All those arrested were men between the ages of 20 and 53.

Aliens arrested during this operation are from the following five countries: Ecuador (1), Honduras (2), Mexico (17), Serbia (1) and Ukraine (1).

Six of the 22 arrested during this operation were criminal aliens who were released back into their communities after local law enforcement failed to honor an immigration detainer placed on the individuals by ICE. Immigration detainers request that ICE be notified before the individual is released from local custody for any reason.

US DOJ has settled “False Claims Act” allegations against dental management company Benevis LLC (formerly known as NCDR LLC) and more than 130 of its affiliated Kool Smiles dental clinics, as the company agreed to pay the United States and participating states a total of $23.9 million, plus interest, to resolve allegations that they knowingly submitted false claims for payment to state Medicaid programs for medically unnecessary dental services performed on children insured by Medicaid.

“Billing Medicaid programs for dental procedures that are not necessary contributes to the soaring costs of healthcare,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Chad A. Readler of the Justice Department’s Civil Division. “When healthcare providers put vulnerable patients at risk by performing medically unnecessary procedures to achieve financial goals, we will take action.”
