1…………> A Trump Win: DACA Illegal

Judge Roger W. Titus ruled the judges in California and New York who blocked the phaseout tried to substitute their own judgments for that of the Homeland Security Department, crossing constitutional lines in order to strike at Mr Trump’s policies, and went even further, praising the administration for the way it handled the situation with a six-month decision delay.

Ruling that the DACA program is legal, is doing little to solve the ongoing court quagmire and does not overturn two other federal courts, but it does offer a needed boost as the Justice Department appeals those other two rulings.

“This decision took control of a pell-mell situation and provided Congress — the branch of government charged with determining immigration policy — an opportunity to remedy it. Given the reasonable belief that DACA was unlawful, the decision to wind down DACA in an orderly manner was rational,” the judge wrote.

2…………> Trump’s ICE Broom: NM

Federal immigration agents arrested 23 people across New Mexico and west Texas on suspicion of being in the country illegally, as they served notices of employment audits to 131 businesses across the state and a swath of 18 counties in Texas over the past week when the arrests were made. Businesses are being given three days to provide hiring records that deal with employees’ immigration status.

Agency regional spokeswoman Nina Pruneda says three of the individuals face criminal charges related to illegal re-entry to the United States or firearm possession or both.

3…………> Back To Beria Poisons: UK

British spy aka retired Russian GRU(Russia Military Intelligence) Sergei Skripal, 66 – who was granted refuge in the UK in 2010 as part of a “spy swap” – and his 33-year-old daughter are critically ill in hospital, as police are trying to identify a substance which caused the former agent convicted of spying for Britain to collapse in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The pair were found slumped unconscious on a bench at the Maltings shopping centre on Sunday with no visible injuries, and officers are investigating whether a crime had been committed.

Temporary Assistant Chief Constable Craig Holden said: “They are currently being treated for suspected exposure to an unknown substance…

“The focus is trying to establish what has caused these people to become critically ill.

“We are working with partners to prioritise this diagnosis and ensure that they receive the most appropriate and timely treatment.”

4…………> The “Fox” Un: Outwit “Shooter” Trump

North Korean leader Comrade Un has agreed to hold a landmark summit meeting with South Korea’s President next month, and impose a moratorium on nuclear and missile tests if his country holds talks with the United States. In
scheduled talks in late April when a 10-member South Korean delegation is to met with Kim Jong-un during a 2-day visit to Pyongyang, with two Koreas agreeing to hold their third-ever summit at a border village in late April.

He also said the leaders will establish a “hotline” communication channel to lower military tensions, and would speak together before the planned summit.

5…………> A “Family Quarrel”: Trump vs GOP Establishment

“No, we’re not backing down. We’ve had a very bad deal with Mexico, we’ve had a very bad deal with Canada — it’s called NAFTA,” Mr Trump said in the Oval Office, seated with visiting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as globalist clowns led by House Speaker Paul “Romney Jr.” Ryan and other congressional Establishment Republicans warned of a possible trade war.

Mr Trump insisted that he will impose tariffs on steel and aluminium imports, but indicated Canada and Mexico could be exempt if they renegotiate the NAFTA, despite fears that it may spark retaliation and a global trade war.

1…………> The FBI’s “Bonnie & Clyde”: Footsteps

Wayward counterintelligence FBI agent Peter Strzok was advised of an irregularity in the metadata of Hillary Clinton’s server that suggested a possible breach, but as one source said: “Nothing happened,” and he did not support a formal damage assessment.

The Justice Department Inspector General, Michael E. Horowitz, who is aware of the allegations according to intelligence community directive 732, damage assessments are done “in response to unauthorized disclosure or compromise of classified national intelligence.”

2…………> Laser Shield: Russia

President Putin speech that revealed Russian “significant progress in laser weapons and systems” being delivered to the military last year was accompanied by a video showing off what appears to be a heavy, truck-mounted laser platform, whose energy source was rumoured to be a portable nuclear power plant.

Experts suggested that Russia’s new battle lasers are most likely designed with close-range air defence in mind, and specifically for the destruction of drones and cruise missiles.

Another set of Mr.Putin’s new toys, including the Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile, the Avangard hypersonic strategic missile, an ultra-long-range underwater drone platform, and more.

3………….> The iPhone Bandit: Mexico

A clumsy drug deal gone bad in Mexico’s borough of Venustiano Carranza led police to witness two men exchanging a bag of marijuana with another man, and the discovery and confiscation of 278 boxes containing 2780 iPhones, worth at least $1.5 million dollars and 800,000 in cash.

When the Mexican “Stan and Ollie” realized that police saw the exchange both fled the scene, but police were able to arrest one of them.

4………….> Hold On, California: Judge Orrick

If the leaders of California “La Resistance” against President Trump’s immigration removals of criminal convicted aliens were hoping to score a quick legal victory in the courtroom of U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick, they came short of victory, since he has turned down a request from the State of California to put an immediate stop to enforcement of a key part of the Trump administration policy aimed at punishing so-called sanctuary cities and other jurisdictions seeking to protect undocumented immigrants.

Judge Orrick said many of the legal issues made it clear that “the California government has not demonstrated forcefully” why a preliminary injunction blocking the Justice Department from using the two decades old law known as Section 1373 to deny certain federal grants to localities and states seen to be in violation of the federal law should be granted.

5…………> Market Report 03/05/2018, cover short 24,700, CG(6242), 11/22/17

Short position at 24850 was covered for a gain of 50 DIA points, and new long position established at 24900, sell stop triggered at 25350 for a gain of 450 DIA points. Current position short at 25300, cover shortstop 24,700 was triggered for a gain of 600 DIA points, a new position long 24750, sell stop 24775 for a gain of 25 DIA points.

Stock market old timers have said that “you buy the rumour, and sell the news”, and that is exactly what is happening right now, with the news that President Trump is about to start a metal tariff war, slapping 25% surcharge on steel and 10% on aluminium. DIA resistance is in the 27,000 area, with supports at 24135, 21354 and 18900 level, US dollar in a downtrend, resistance at 1.003319 CHF, support at .92 and 0.9: Gold in an uptrend, watch break resistance of 1377 to be taken soon. The massive Fed balance sheet contraction will result in a $600 billion dollars being dumped on the credit markets each quarter, a leftover of the horrendous $4.3 trillion money printing of Obama’s septic tank that will surely exert a severe pressure on stocks and financial assets.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

We warned long ago that an organized attempt to remove President Trump from office is underway, and if this activity is not curtailed soon, the market will open on gap below 20,000 with next stop 17300 and 11800 support levels.

Stocks were up 337 to 24875, DJ futures at +20

Gold down to 1322.7 and USD/CHF up to 0.94 due to the tariff imposition. Translation? As the dollar goes down, we have to wait and see if the new Fed Chair Jerome Powell will continue pressuring gold and the Eurasian block with it down below $1000/oz in an economic WW3. Watch sell stop at 24775. We have to wait and see if new Fed chair Powell will attempt to destroy Eurasian block by sending gold prices below 1000, despite the fact both Russia and China have been buying their whole gold production in local gold backed currency instead of money printing machines. In other words, US has lost controls of the precious metals complex, and with Trump’s infrastructure and tax cut campaign the National debt will soon be at, or over 30 trillion dollars, since D.C. swamp alligators have no intention dropping their pet projects. Read “Ziban Must Die” for more details on the coming collision of Trump’s administration with “Deep State” operators funded by the billionaires’ supporters of the New World

1…………> “I Need A Hug”: Baby Chimp

An orphaned baby chimpanzee named Mussa that was rescued from poachers in Africa has taken a scenic flight to its new home — sitting on the pilot’s lap, and even “helped” adjust the plane’s throttle during the flight, rescue organisation Lwiro Primates in the Democratic Republic of Congo said.

“People ask me why I didn’t put Mussa in a cage during the flight,” pilot Anthony Caere posted on his Instagram page.

“A baby needs hugs and compassion instead of being locked up in a cage during a stressful flight.”

3…………> More Boots, More Guns: China DOD

The Chinese leadership said the defence budget will increase to 1.11 trillion yuan (€142 billion, $175 billion), an 8.1% increase in defence spending in 2018, marking a sharp increase in the military budget compared to the previous two years, according to Prime Minister Li Keqiang.

China will “advance all aspects of military training and war preparedness, and firmly and resolvedly safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests,” said Li during the NPC.

“Faced with profound changes in the national security environment,” the Communist Party must continue to provide absolute leadership to the military, he added.

4………..> Applied Global Warming: Reduce CO2 Footprint

“After 14 years of saying to myself, ‘I do my part because I’m a climate scientist,’ I decided it was time to do more. I got the news at a research site in the remote Pacific Ocean where we were studying a reef that had just been killed by global warming. It was a shock, and I think had a much deeper resonance of despair and doom for those of us working in the climate science and policy world. For me personally, it was the start of a profound two-month depression. We have to talk about climate protection solutions. It’s not enough to just complain,” said Kim Cobb, a researcher at Georgia Tech University in the United States,  as she took concrete steps to reduce her greenhouse gas footprint, and reflect on the election of Donald Trump as president of the United States.

As millions of other concerned inhabitants of our celestial paradise who are painfully aware of global warming’s damage to the planet, she has responded to recent political developments and changes in climate policy by trying to cut her own carbon footprint.

“[We] need inspiration, leadership, and a sense of collective action. And scientists can play a key role in building that momentum.”

5…………> “Oscar” The Communist: Down To 19%

“The Tinseltown elite genuinely hates the people they expect will pay to see their movies and watch their TV shows. Why do we support them?” that is the reaction of Media Research Center’s Dan Gainor about the “divisive, left-wing politics Oscars” charade by the well dressed, good looking Hollywood punks led by “Trash Commander in Chief” Jimmy Kimmel, a cultural disgrace whose ratings collapsed down to 19%, compared to 22.4% last year.
