Former secretary of state and two-time presidential candidate Hillary, “I have no recollection of my email server” Clinton had her security clearance withdrawn “at her request,” according to a letter by Charles Faulkner of the US State Department to US Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley, who himself demanded an investigation of whether Clinton still retained her security clearance was made more than a year ago.
The letter disclosed that the clearance was revoked back in August, and other five other people mentioned in the letter, one of them Cheryl Mills, Hillary’s former chief of staff, retained their security clearances until September 20.

Cyber attackers stole data from 29 million Facebook accounts using an automated program that moved from one friend to the next, with hackers originating from a “fairly broad” number of countries, according to the social media giant.
But the company said that was less than the 50 million profiles it initially reported after investigators reviewed activity on accounts that may have been affected.
Facebook said it would message affected users over the coming days to tell them what type of information had been accessed in the attack.
